Fantastic machine

Drip-Stop Design Flaws

It's an unfortunate flaw and quite annoying flaw on this otherwise nice coffee maker. I'll be going with another brand once once I find a quality machine.

As a huge Ninja fan, extremely disappointing

Their coffee line, however, is a joke. I had a coffee maker a few years ago that died after 18 months. I bought this and had it delivered on Dec 12, 10 days later it left a pond on the countertop as several reviewers have complained. I also notice the reviews on other sites like Amazon are far more pessimistic about this product than they are here on Best Buy. I urge you not to buy this item, even at a sale price. I thought it seemed too good to be true with all these features for $180 and indeed it was.
