Not worth the money

Guess I will just buy the breville

Leaking at just over one year

Pretty decent machine

Lots of options for coffee. Over ice feature is a must for me. The only thing I was disappointed with is that it only takes Nesspresso pods and there does not seem to be an option to modify that. Its hard to find Nesspresso in my areas. Other than that its great.

Best Buy Customer Service

We purchased this December 2023 and I tried to recharge it January 2024. The employee said the only way she could take it and allow us to exchange it was if we paid $50 to become a member and then she’d allow it but that was the only way. The customer service is mostly the reason I’m giving it 1 star. Because I called ninja and they couldn’t believe it and are sending us a new one. Ninja customer service was great but giving this one start because Best Buy just wanted more money.

Sorry ninja!!!

I decided to upgrade and to be honest,I regret purchasing this machine. The first one I purchased came defective so it was Replaced. after 2 months Having the current machine now it does not dispense hot coffee. This is a product that is over $200. And at least in my most honest opinion, This is just good looks, still to this day I will recommend keurig machine over Ninja. The expresso cups are not the best and are very expensive. My experience with this machine Has been trash. I'm obligated to put this machine away and buy another one.

Not as great as I hoped

Also successful cup of coffee using plastic Nespresso pods, however, would not correctly puncture aluminum Nespresso pods (Peet's) for us so having to return unfortunately.

Great All in One
