    I've had this thing less than two months and used it maybe a dozen times and now every time I try and use it I an error that says "Add Water" I've run the clean cycle 3 times tried cleaning and reseating everything on this machine and I still can't pull one shot of espresso without getting this error.

    I opened the box and started to set it up, I noticed thay it had splashes of coffe on it and it was missing the filter.

    Ninja's reliability has tanked. 8 months after purchasing to replace another Ninja unit (which lasted nearly 10 years), the heating element started overheating and burning the inside of the plastic housing. Good thing I pay attention, or my house would have burned down!

    Bought this January 27th. Only used filtered water in it. Cleaned it regularly per manufacturer’s directions. August 21st (8 months later) both sides clogged. I would avoid at all costs.

    Isn't product I'm dissatisfied with; I'm sure is a good product. The shipping was terrible! No place to commit on that, so don't trust the shipping same day process.
