Bought this for my girlfriend as a gift, she has been looking to explore coffee-making. For the price, this machine is awesome! Has everything we need. The machine looks really nice in our kitchen and we have had no issues with it so far. If you are looking for a coffee machine that does a little more than the average brewer, I highly recommend this one!

Loving this all in one machine. Perfect for a quick cup of coffee using the Nespresso pods or for a large pot for a family gathering. Frother works quick and super easy to clean, Only slight draw back is probably the overall size of the machine, but for what you get its well worth in my opinion.

Bought this for my fiancé because she is a coffee fanatic and it works really good she says and she loves it! The only problem she has had it that sometimes the nespresso pods will get stuck and she will have to push them out with her finger.

For the price point this is a great coffee machine. Just MAKE SURE you buy the correct nespresso pods for it. There are two different shapes. But i love how fast this will brew a whole pot of coffee, and how quickly itll make an espresso too. It’s a nice coffee pot. Weve only had it for about a week now, but i think its been great!

Ninja makes great products, this is another one with one exception, it won't get the milk but it will froth it. As a coffee maker, it does a great job, great brew, easy to use and clean. As a cold brew machine, same. I like the functionality of the machine, where you add the grounds and the ear of use. I have not measured the brew time for a pot, but it seems to be a little quicker than what I am used to. As a espresso machine, you are better off looking elsewhere unless Nespresso is your cup of tea..LOL. At first read I missed this only worked with Nespresso pods, it won't work with K cups, too bad, that would have made it a winner. That said I purchased said pods and went to work. I'm slightly impressed, mostly because it is easy and there are a ton of selections with the pods. The build seems quality, although there is a lot of plastic, no surprise there. The frother inpaticular is worrisome but we will see how it holds up. The garage appears to be good, unlike some other brands, it doesn't seem flimsy. All and all for a coffee maker, I would recommended.

This coffee maker effortlessly produces impeccably smooth and velvety coffee, while its iced coffee preparation maintains a refreshing chill without any dilution. Impressive brew time. The reliable functionality of the pods has met my expectations, although my personal usage of them has been infrequent. Furthermore, the pour spout design ensures a seamless pouring experience, eliminating any concerns of liquid leakage. In addition, the frother, which I utilize on a daily basis, has consistently performed flawlessly, eliminating the need for yet another kitchen gadget. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this product, bestowing it with a perfect rating of 10 out of 10.

Awesome product!! Everything about it!! Love being able to make a cup or a pot of coffee..and the espresso addition is definitely a plus for me!!

It's a nice unit overall, but there's definitely some frustrations! Even though I went through the cleaning cycle setting it up, on occasion even when the water is full it tells me to add water... sometimes it works great, sometimes not. I've never had a coffee part need such troubleshooting and for that, it makes it pretty average at best... especially considering the price. Getting the Nepresso cartridges is a bit of a pain as well and looking back I probably would go with a Keurig unit.

We’ve had it for a couple months and it’s been great so far. The only complain has been when doing a full pot of coffee we’ve had grounds overflow into the carafe. The espresso has been great

Our old ninja coffee pot was old and we wanted an upgrade that could also make espresso. This was a great upgrade. Would recommend

This unit is, what amounts to, average for the purpose it's supposed to serve. I uses the original Nespresso capsules and has an integrated "dump box" where the capsules go when they're spent. However, this only happens when you go to load the next one, so you may get yourself into a situation where a spent capsule sits in the machine for a long time. It'd be better if it kicked out the capsule immediately after usage instead of waiting for the next use. The water reservoir is a bit confusing at first - it's not necessarily clear that you can fill it up to full and just use it as you need to; the markings on the side make it seem like "to do X, fill to here" as though you'd need to keep re-filling for various brews when this is, thankfully, not the case. The warming tray for the carafe is not as customizable as I'd like; I wish I could leave the carafe in and turn on the tray any time after brewing, but alas the warming only accompanies an actual brew cycle. So if you want the tray warming, you have to brew coffee. The frother doesn't heat your milk, only froths it - so you have to heat the milk separately, then froth, then use it in your drink. All-in-all, if you drink all your potted coffee w/in a few hours of brewing, or you do espressos *frequently* (and don't mind "buying in" to Nespresso capsules), this is a good unit. If you're an "all-day" drinker or have an espresso only once in a while, you may want to look elsewhere.

My wife loves this thing. Always making high end coffees. Even stopped going to starbucks lol

So far, so good! Love the brewed coffee and the heat keep on this carafe.
