Zero out of Ten would not recommend

When we try to use the Nespresso side it often says "add water" even though there is no water. We went through 12 pod to make 2 cups of coffee. I tried to return to Best Buy, but we were 4 days outside the 14-day return window, and they would not accept.

Went back in the morning and same error. This is very upsetting and hate this because it should not be an issue 2 days old with a brand product.

I could not get the dial to stay on a full pot-it would immediately switch to the capsule side. These expensive machines just don’t last. I am now using my 15 year old Mr Coffee- which works fine. I

The pod function atopped working around April and now the drip portion doesnt work. 15 months is what this coffee maker lasted. Will steer away from ninja products in the future.

Real espresso drinker BEWARE!

Looks cool but really not worth $100 if you hrind your own beans, tamp down, and wanted to use pressure for an espresso. This is a fancy expensive nespresso machine and drip coffee maker.

Total Fail for Most Pods
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Total fail. Great if you want to make traditional coffee (but could spend less). For Nespresso, this machine only works with Nestle nespresso pods. Our Peets pods only dispensed water.
