We've been using this machine for a while now and will not be looking to replace any time soon. The iced option is great for my wife's morning lattes.

I love this coffee and espresso maker. Is so easy to program it to have my coffee ready in the morning. And I love the option to make coffee for a lot of people or just make an espresso for my self .

This is a great machine. It brews coffee well, and the espresso is fantastic. It’s probably already paid for itself in drinks I’ve made at home. There are a few things that keep me from giving it a 5-star rating. First off, the frother. There’s no reason it has to be attached to the machine. It’s easy to clean but a completely detachable one would have been amazing rather than having to stand over the machine and hold the button down. Second, why do they insist on operating on a “half carafe”, “3/4 carafe”, etc brewing measurement? Just go by cups like every coffee does and we can avoid the awful conversion chart included in the instructions. Lastly if you’re brewing 3/4 to a full carafe of coffee the grinds will begin to overflow out of the basket. This has happened with the paper filters and the metal one we purchased separately. They’ve never made it into the carafe, or outside the machine, but it does result in some additional cleanup.

Perfect coffee machine no need to spend my money in a cafe I am my own barista and it’s super easy an efficient I live it and use it everyday. I make others drinks as well they love it.

Absolutely the best coffee maker we've ever owned and the added plus of being an espresso machine as well! Super easy to use - the coffee pot itself pours perfectly and having a removable water reservoir with markings is also extremely helpful and convenient. Highly recommended!

I love this coffee maker. I upgraded to this Ninja because it also has the option to make espresso. I had to order a reusable filter since this model didn't come with one. I love not having to use paper filters. I highly recommend you run out and purchase this coffee maker.

This is a great machine! Ive always window shopped automatic espresso makers with the understanding that it will not happen because of the price. No more window shopping. This is an expensive purchase, but a steal compared to other espresso machines that do not even have a coffee pot feature included. It seems like it will stand the test of time as it is well made. I clean it every two weeks, but that might be a little excessive. (Easily cleaned) if you are on the fence as I was, my word you will not regret getting this. I should have bought one sooner.

We love this coffee maker for its versatility. He likes espresso and lattes and I like coffee. I like that I can make a pot of coffee if we have company but easily make just a cup for myself too. We found it really helpful to watch YouTube review videos to fully understand how to use it.

Very very good cup of coffee, i have used and older ninja system for years and decided to upgrade, as the wife loves her espresso pods and it eliminates one machine and frees up useful counter space. Keeps the craft warm and you can program it to warm past the default settings.

This Ninja coffee machine is phenomenal. Sleek, easy to use and the ability to make full pots or individual espresso with the Nespresso side. Love the integrated coffee scoop and the water reservoir is easy to grip and refill. I also love the open/close feature on the full pot which keeps coffee from dripping onto the heating element and keeps it clean! I do wish they offered a thermal carafe for the full pot side.

Love it!! I don't like hot coffee but my bf does. I like lattes, so it works perfectly because I can brew my espresso for my lattes and I can brew coffee for my bf. Definitely recommend. I buy my Starbucks blonde espresso cups for this machine on amazon.

We own multiple Ninja products. This is our third coffee maker. What a disappointment. The new design is terrible. The unit is so tall that you have to pull it out to the edge of your counter to open the access lid to the filter basket high enough or to use the Nespresso single serve. We have standard height cabinets above our counter and yet this unit cannot be accessed while pushed back against the wall. The basket lid won’t raise high enough to remove the filter basket. The water reservoir is in the back. This requires plenty of space to the right-hand side of the unit to access it for removing and reinstalling. The filter basket lid is just a poorly designed plastic friction retention system. This is already wearing out and having trouble staying in the down or locked position after just a few months of use. Notice the promo and marketing photos all show the unit on a wide-open countertop island or with some random shelves mounted high enough to not block the opening of the filter basket. The “rich brew” is simply the unit reducing the amount of water that is dispensed into the carafe. If you want a full pot of coffee, then you cannot chose “rich brew”. Rich Brew = 47 ounces, Classic Brew = 55 ounces. When using the Nespresso single serve the unit vibrates so much when brewing that your cup literally will shake off of the adjustable cup stand and spill your drink. Stick with the 10-Cup specialty coffee maker model and save yourself the waste of money that this unit is.
