Love, love, looooove this air fryer. It's definitely the best one out there. Worth the extra money to get the extra space in each bin. I love that it has the option to finish both sides at the same time. The "roast" option was a complete surprise! It works even better than the "air fryer" option. It cooks meat ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! Each tray is super easy to clean too. I could go on and on about how amazing this air fryer is. So glad we made this purchase and can't wait to see all the great meals we are able to whip up in minutes instead of hours. My oven is going to be feeling pretty lonely from now on lol

When I first discovered the air fryer, it was a game changer in my kitchen. I praised this technology to anyone that would listen. I use mine several times a week. I've gone through a couple since then, purchased all from best buy, and loved them all. But taking this Ninja air fryer out of the box, I knew it was a much better machine. The look and feel screams quality. Most Ninja products are. By being a 2 basket fryer it did take a little more real estate than my previous one, but it wasn't as tall. The last one by Bella looked great but looked like I had R2D2 on the counter, LOL. The Gourmia looked like a big ugly egg. I guess looks are subjective. I really like how this look on my counter top. What's important is how it works. Since both basket equals 10 qt, making each one 5 qt it didn't have the room that a single 8 qt. But how often do you use the whole 8qt? I realized not that often. The single basket on the ninja was sufficient for my every day use and if I really needed to do more, I just used both. I also noticed since the basket was smaller the cooking time was greatly reduced. That took a little getting use to. The ability to cook or re-heat 2 different food items with 2 different temp was awesome. I wish I had gotten this sooner. As for the functionality of this unit, it was much easier to understand than the previous ones. The buttons are straight forward and if you've ever used any air fryer, the learning process is quick. If you've never used one, I think this unit would be very easy to learn. But 2 things really stand out for me about this unity. First is the match cook button. Literally press to have both basket to the same temp and time. Easy. Second and this really got me happy, the unit comes with a temp gauge built into the side of the unit that plugs directly into the unit. Also on the left side basket, there is a little opening so the wire can come through (look at photo). How cool and thoughtful was that? Absolutely worth the money and I would give it 10 stars if possible.

This works as advertised. Everything I cook is done. Easy cleanup. Never Will buy another brand except Ninja. One thing is one of the back airflow vents melted somewhat from the heat.

This is a very good air fryer. Great split temperature, spacious, quiet. It does not warm food as fast as my older one (Philips), but is so much better to have 2 baskets and warm up 2 dishes separately. Also, goes well in the dishwasher. Would buy it again if needed.

Very versatile, the different cooking methods practically make my stovetop and overn obsolete. Love the smart cook feature. Did not know it came with a temperature probe, although I can't imagine making regular use of it, but it is nice to have. Can cook foods at temperature but in less time than what most cooking directions say...my meals are cooked a lot sooner than expected!

Convenient and very easy to clean. I have had several tabletop Air fryers, but this one is by far the most economical and quickest one yet. Having two baskets allows me to cook an entire meal at one time...I can Air fry in one and roast or bake in the other at the same time. Cleaning is a cinch. Just remove the tray in the basket and wash in hot soapy water. No woven wire basket to soak over night and nothing sticks to the sides either! This has really saved a lot of time for me. Another great feature is that i can store it in a cupboard when not in use, which really frees up space on my counter. I would definitely recommend this product to anytime looking for an easy to operate and clean portable air fryer!

I have three air fryers...a single bin XL Pro, a Gourmia 9-qt 2 basket, and this one. I had the Gourmet for 6 months before I purchased this one. Cooking with the thermometer is a complete game changer. I love being able to set and forget (for the most part) poultry and steaks in this thing. I wish I could use the thermometer in either basket, but it's not that big of a deal. The ventilation on this is much better than all the others I have. This honestly just cooks better than all the rest and I'm not joking. My fried and baked foods taste better and come out juicier, smart cooking options are so easy too. I am surprised at how much we use this thing. We went from using an oven/Gourmia combo to strictly using this Ninja air fryer every day. I haven't turned on my oven in at least a month. This one made the Gourmia get put away.

I LOVE the Ninja Foodi Smart Cook System. I have the XL 10 quart capacity one and it is A M A Z I N G!!! I have cooked everything from a whole chicken to pork dumplings to the perfect grilled cheese!! I have told every single person that I know cooks a lot & even those that don't, about this air fryer. Though I probably shouldn't call it that, as it does so much more - it has 4 other cooking options plus a reheat and a dehydrate option!! I am disabled and have days when it is so painful to stand for very long and the Ninja Foodi has made meal time so much easier for me. If you like to have time with your fam or just for yourself, get one of awesome cookers! Also, alsooo, it is a breeze to clean! Have I mentioned it's awesome and amazing?!? Because it is! This is one purchase I will always be glad I made!

Bought this Ninja to handle family meals and it absolutely delivers. Two big baskets let me cook a main and a side at once, or two totally different dishes (veg + meat) without waiting. DualZone and Smart Finish make everything come out together — no one eats cold food while someone else waits.

It’s a good sized air fryer(well 6 in one really not just air fry)… First thing that impressed me was how much cleaning is required. It might be large but really all you have to worry for the most part is the two baskets. The display is very simple to use but if something is confusing there is always the instructions that come with it. I love the thermometer especially for meat and poultry. Today I made two big baked potatoes and they came out delicious (air fry setting at 400f for 41 minutes. The features that I can’t wait to use is cooking two different items and having them finish at the same time. How that works is it recognizes that something in 1 needs more time so it will put the 2 in hold or standby mode. Size wise it fits our small kitchen fine and actually looks really nice. Built quality seems good. It has a lot of plastic portions but feels and looks sturdy. I was surprised that I still needed 40 min for the two baked potatoes but that is standard across most cookers. Overall I love it. If you don’t like the design of the two cookers side by side I get getting something else but if you want a good one with all kinds of neat tech get this one.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *****Review***** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have owned my fair share of air fryers, from Ninja Foodi, Bella Pro to Philips, and I have to say, this one is great if you need to cook a lot of things at different temperatures and fast. First and foremost, it heats fast, crisps nicely, and cooks evenly and thoroughly. The unit is extremely quiet compared to the other units I’ve owned - I can’t even hear this one when I have my tower fan on. I also appreciate that the unit stays cool, especially for a dual fryer. I found this unit can hold quite a bit of food in each basket. I was able to pop in 15 dino nuggets and a good serving of fries in each. It filled up the basket about 1/2 of the way; I could have easily thrown more nuggets and fries in. To get into the features, I really like that it has a digital screen instead of a dial; it takes the guesswork out of temperature and time. It has two settings, one for each basket and they can be set independent of each other and use the “Smart Finish” to make sure both baskets are finished at the same time. For example, if one basket is timed for 15minutes and the other basket is set for 10minutes, basket one will start first then the second will kick in when 10minutes remain. Aside from that, the presets (Fry, Broil, Dehydrate) are typical for a Ninja. I do appreciate that they are independent buttons rather than a single button/cycle function. I did notice that the temperature range on this one is far wider than any air fryer I’ve seen to date. 105F~450F - I can’t imagine when I’d use above 400 but the option is there. Also, the inclusion of a thermometer is a nice touch, especially if you plan to cook raw meat. The basket and rack are lightweight and non-stick so oil was very easy to wash off even after it was cooled down. In saying that, I did find the basket design could be better because I like to dump out the content if it’s a lot of small biters like fries, pizza rolls, popcorn chicken, chicken nuggets, etc.. Because this unit has a rack instead of a removable inner basket, if you pour the contents out, the rack may come out with it. Although I found that if the rack is firmly pushed down, this does not seem to happen. I also think some features could be improved. Compared to my previous air fryer, it does not have a preview window - which I found really helpful because I didn’t have to open/close the basket to check on food. My previous air fryer also stopped running when the basket was removed - this one does not have this feature. It’s not a huge deal breaker but because I have young children, it would be nice to have this as a safety feature, just to make sure that my kids don’t get burned or injured if the unit continues to run without the basket. This is our first air fryer and we love it. The instructions and set up are straight forward. It is a little tall so if you don’t have a lot of space between the counter and cabinets above them, know that it will likely get quite hot under the cabinet. The dual range drawers work exactly as described. Each fryer can be made to cook for different lengths of time and temperature. Probably what I like most about it is that you can pull the drawer out whilst cooking to check on the progress so you don’t overlook.

This air fryer's awesome for everyday use, but I feel like I'm not even using it to its full potential! That probe accessory makes cooking meat a breeze, and I love that it can cook two different things at once, each at its own temp and time.
