My 4 or 5-year-old air fryer still works great but it's small. This was a great sale price and has a great capacity. I like that it has a temperature probe and love that it can sync up the timing of the cooking between the two baskets so they will finish at the same time. But it doesn't make anything as crispy as my old air fryer; everything still cooks very nicely though. Some good recipes to get started with (don't mind the spelling and grammar in a few spots). It is easy to use once you get past a possible slight intimidation factor of all the buttons and lights. It seems to us that these are just presets for time & temp anyway and they don't really alter the actual way the unit cooks, so it almost doesn't matter which one is selected if you're going to manually make time & temp adjustments anyway. What I am trying to say is that is is easier than it looks :)

It is SO user friendly! We made halibut tacos and fried potatoes for my very first air frying venture and it was a huge success! The dual sides make it so easy to have everything finished at the same time! Both compartments have plenty of room! Glad I listened to reviews and went with this one!

Works amazing, Have been using this for alot of meals since purchase and the reheat feature is a game changer vs using a microwave. Side note, dont use it to close to an outlet... Wife did and had to replace the GFCI... Also clean up is super easy!

This thing is a beast! We've only been using it for a month now, but have been extremely impressed. It has done such a great job on all of the foods we've prepared in it and in such a quick fashion. I would like to have seen a lower temp available on some of the functions, but other than that...HOMERUN!

When we went in to get it, we thought it was out of stock. An employee got it from the top shelf for us! It works AMAZING! We are absolutely in love with it! Everything from the purchase, unboxing and using has been so seamless! So happy with this purchase! As a bonus, its so darn easy to clean!

When I first discovered the air fryer, it was a game changer in my kitchen. I praised this technology to anyone that would listen. I use mine several times a week. I've gone through a couple since then, purchased all from best buy, and loved them all. But taking this Ninja air fryer out of the box, I knew it was a much better machine. The look and feel screams quality. Most Ninja products are. By being a 2 basket fryer it did take a little more real estate than my previous one, but it wasn't as tall. The last one by Bella looked great but looked like I had R2D2 on the counter, LOL. The Gourmia looked like a big ugly egg. I guess looks are subjective. I really like how this look on my counter top. What's important is how it works. Since both basket equals 10 qt, making each one 5 qt it didn't have the room that a single 8 qt. But how often do you use the whole 8qt? I realized not that often. The single basket on the ninja was sufficient for my every day use and if I really needed to do more, I just used both. I also noticed since the basket was smaller the cooking time was greatly reduced. That took a little getting use to. The ability to cook or re-heat 2 different food items with 2 different temp was awesome. I wish I had gotten this sooner. As for the functionality of this unit, it was much easier to understand than the previous ones. The buttons are straight forward and if you've ever used any air fryer, the learning process is quick. If you've never used one, I think this unit would be very easy to learn. But 2 things really stand out for me about this unity. First is the match cook button. Literally press to have both basket to the same temp and time. Easy. Second and this really got me happy, the unit comes with a temp gauge built into the side of the unit that plugs directly into the unit. Also on the left side basket, there is a little opening so the wire can come through (look at photo). How cool and thoughtful was that? Absolutely worth the money and I would give it 10 stars if possible.

Love, love, looooove this air fryer. It's definitely the best one out there. Worth the extra money to get the extra space in each bin. I love that it has the option to finish both sides at the same time. The "roast" option was a complete surprise! It works even better than the "air fryer" option. It cooks meat ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! Each tray is super easy to clean too. I could go on and on about how amazing this air fryer is. So glad we made this purchase and can't wait to see all the great meals we are able to whip up in minutes instead of hours. My oven is going to be feeling pretty lonely from now on lol

This air fryer has completely transformed the way we cook. Love it works great easy to use and it is a good size

Cooks really well, crispy fries and apps about 95% as good as deep-fried. Easy clean up. That is what attracted us to it. It is a little big however, takes up a lot of space.
