The concept is great and each side works as advertised but if you use the match cook or smart finish feature that uses both sides at the same time...cooking takes twice as long. I like the thermometer and use it when cooking steak. Baskets are easy to clean as well. I wish both sides cooked simultaneously as well as they do when using only one side. Other than that, great air fryer.

Great appliance. Big enough to cook dinner and use match cook feature. Biggest problem is storage when not in use. I gave up and left it on the counter top but it gets used enough that its ok. It takes a bit to get the hang of it but the book has great cooking tips and suggestions.

Looking for an air fryer? This is the one. Want to cook a small portion, use a single basket, want to feed the family, it will get the job done. Have used this to reheat literally anything and cooked full meals in it. Cooking bigger or frozen items takes a bit longer than the single basket models but havjng the extra space is worth it. Only downfall is this model does go through a warm up phase for the first minute or so of each cycle. Only feedback I have is being able to turn off and on certain sides amd turning the volume down or off when pushing buttons. Since i cant gibe 4.5 stars it'll get 5. Dont know if I'd pay full retail but cant go wrong on sale.

Better brand easy to me to use. Love the dual basket and large size baskets.

We really like this Ninja product. It is our 3rd Ninja appliance. We like being able to cook 2 completely different items at the same time. And it is great to be able to have them finish at the same time.

This fryer is a game-changer for us. This has become the most valued item in our kitchen. Several options and almost everything is very intuitive. Don't be afraid to practice with their recommended settings. Your food will come out more the way you like it.

Easy to use we love ours!!! and use it all the time the two compartments make it so you can make wings and fries at the same time and they both come out at the same time.

Love it! It has two different zones, so i can cook meat in one and veggies in the other. Enough room to cook food for my family of eight. One of the best ways to reheat take out, especially french fries!

Absolutely love it. I held off on getting one for a long time due to space issues but I am so glad we finally got one. Have made the best chicken thighs I have ever had in this. And so easy to use!

So, I can't get over how helpful 2 separate drawers are or how much you can fit in this thing. I didn't understand how helpful an air fryer could be until now. Everything from fresh cut french fries to uncrustables with some butter on top come out crispy and full of flavor. There are dedicated you tube channels that show what all you can cook in these. This one in particular is great for families, it's fast to heat up and has super large drawers that can be set to different temperatures or different cooking methods. All in all it is 100% worth every penny!

Was a Christmas present for my wife. Just set it up last week and we absolutely love it. Very easy to clean and makes cooking things much more simpler than the oven in certain cases.

Used it for about a year. It works great. Double baskets makes cooking nice.

Great addition to my minimal work kitchen. I can cook my protein in one side basket with a vegetable or some fries in the other. And even have them finish at the same time. Salmon (something I am afraid to cook for fear of drying it out or over/under cooking) is amazing in this thing using the temperature probe! My only complaint, which is not really a complaint, is that when using both baskets I find it takes some foods just a minute or two longer than stated to cook.

Great Fryer, can handle anything from vegetables to meat, and the double bays allow cooking a full meal at once. Extremely easy to clean as well.
