I just had to have it. Takes a little getting use to, yet user-operating friendly. The basket compartment can hold a small Hen, half chicken if you cut it properly, yet it is one of the best among its competitors. I truly recommend buying this item. Since my diet has changed, can't eat but small portions of a meals, mainly proteins and veggie that has to be baked, air-fry or grilled. And the Ninja has all the cooking selection features you will need.

I love this. I originally bought one for my daughter and had to have one fir myself. It has revolutionized my approach to mealtime. With liners it is so easy to use and keep clean. I prepare meals in small healthy portions. The house doesnt heat up. I dont waste oven space. I save time. There is much less wasted food. I love owning this!

It’s a great air fryer with dual trays and dial settings. We use it often and love it. It replaced our toaster oven, but I liked the oven better for some things. You have to be careful what you cook in the fryer because it blows strong air and will displace any loose food. Ex. I use it to toast sandwiches and the meat usually ends up off the bread. It works great for everything else we’ve cooked.

[Employee of bestbuy] This is hands down the best air fryer! If you have a larger family, you can have a full dinner done in less than 15 mins. Easy to use, and I love the dual match function so both baskets are done cooking at the same exact time. Such a smart feature to add. The crispness and overall outcome when the food is done is perfect!

Love the sync and smart cook system. Nice and roomy bays. works really well. Down side....kind of big....but I was expecting that.

It’s a bit complicated to use but you’ll get used to it. It doesn’t fit a whole chicken but I did split it in half and placed each one in each basket and it was PERFECT! Hand made french fries didn’t go well but the frozen kind works out great. Everyone keeps asking about it. Bit pricey. The instructions suck. Looking recipes, times, options up on internet works better. Cooks fast. Not a fan of the temperature gauge, hard to program. Does work well but leaving it in the meat while cooking did some damage to it. So easy to clean!

I love this air fryer! Having 2 baskets is totally worth it! My meals come out nicely cooked and taste great! If you have not used an air fryer before, I would recommend to not solely go by the reference for cooking time that is provided in the manual. It's okay to pause and check your food from time to time until you get use to what timing and cooking function work best. That happened very quick for me :)

It tends to be very useful in order get a head start or heat up food at same times

It works great. I wish the instructions where a little more detailed with the 2 basket cooking smart system. If u cook wings and fries with the smart finish the chicken time goes from from 25 to 40-45 minutes when using 2 baskets. But the fries is only 15 tops. That means by the time the fries start the chicken has already cooked for the whole time it would need if only 1 basket was running. So i see a small flaw in the smart finish. Besides that i love it

Works great, efficiently cooks a meal for a couple or small family. Easy to clean and can be used for many speedy ways to cook up meals.
