I'm going to rate this as 5 stars because I purchased it for a gift for someone. The recipient owned a Ninja air fryer but it didn't have the dual baskets and after numerous uses of the regular airfryer which they loved; they wanted an upgrade to better suit their needs.

I really liked it . For the first time users I highly recommend to buy and try it out . Very easy to use overall and good taste of food as well .

Love having the thermometer probe and the dual chambers

You need to play around with the way you want your foods cooked. Baking is hotter than needed so times need to be adjusted. Air fry foods come out crispy. Good so far.

I found this online place the order and pick up at the store. No problem at all so happy with it.

We have not used it yet. This is a Christmas present for my mom and sister. I'm sure they will love everything this present can do.

Considering the price, it doesn't deliver. The cooking takes longer than expected and it's not as uniform as it's advertised. If only oil spray is used, the food is dryer and less flavorful (I compared fries in the air fryer with those made in a convection oven, side by side). The smart cooking technology is essentially a timer that delays (and hence synchronizes) the cooking start for one of the two baskets based on the required time for the food in each basket. Lot's of "big words", but not much substance. If one has a convection oven this is not a must-have, especially considering that the space in the drawers is limited. I did not try the dry food function yet, that may be a nice feature to have. It also makes less smoke/smell/heat that a conventional oven. I would give it 3 stars, but I took one more out because of the, in my opinion unjustifiable, much higher price compared to other models.
