    I’ve been eating at a calorie deficit for 3 years now. My body started storing every piece of fat it could generate. The trick has been to eat as much as possible without eating out. I’m down 2 pounds after a week. So, so far so good. I have no excuse to not cook. Put in food, season, and oil, and out comes a meal. I’m tracking everything. So not having to stand over food while cooking it is amazing.

    I’ve had many air fryers over the years, but this one is awesome. I love that I can air fry an entire meal at one time, and have everything get done at the same time. No more having food get cold, while doing the side dishes. I’m also really happy that the non stick coating is not teflon. I stopped air frying because of flaking issues with teflon linings. The only con? Might be a bit small for a family of more than two people.

    Overall we really love this air fryer. Pros, the option to air fry larger amounts and different food options. Cons, when using both sides at the same time it slows down the cooking time some. Not enough that I wouldn’t buy it again thou.
