After LOTS of researching, I chose this unit. I knew from the first use it was not going to be what I wanted. I had to fill both baskets (which I knew going in), but in the end, I had uneven cooks on the two baskets with the matching settings set. I tried twice on this machine, same thing. Uneven cooks. The second cook was a pork tenderloin that I had to cut in half so I could fit each half in their own basket. Again, uneven cooks. I will say, the food was really good when it was finally done as desired. But it was just a pain to get it done. I really wanted to be thrilled with this, but I just wasn't. So I returned it.

It is amazing! It cooks my food perfectly, and its been over 2 years and still use it almost daily

Works great enjoying using it. We have cooked hamburgers, fries, and wings, and it taste great

this is so handy for my grandsons to use to heat up some lunch every day while I am at work.

Happy with purchase. My first one had like a crooked door, but it was replaced quick and it does it’s job well. Although my favorite air fryer is the instant vortex. I got this one because I needed the double tray feature.

My wife has been wanting this Air fryer for a while and i got it for her as an early birthday gift after best buy recalled their fryers and she's in love !

Still getting used to how this cooks, but so far, I'm really happy with it. Easy to use and the food tastes great.

So far the best machine i had doubts at first but went ahead and purchase one for black friday and OMG DO I LOVE THIS ONE you cant even hear this machine i think my microwave makes more noise than this DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

Throughout the years we have owned multiple air fryers however this one definitely takes the cake! It heats up super quick and you can easily put together a family meal in less than 15 mins

The ninja works great. Like to be able to cook two items simultaneously.

Honestly, worth it. I use it to make chicken or preseason chicken from the store. Likewise, i use it to amke vegetables. Just a tip, do not do oily things or juicy thing without adding foil on the bottom of the pan. Likewise, the heat blows from the back, so just pull it awua from the walll, about 6 inches

I ĺike it but i wish the baskets were wider. I love how easy it is to program it.

Definitely an upgrade from my first air fryer. I haven't tried all the new options yet, but love the few I have so far. Can't wait to try the function where you cook 2 different things and it has them ready at the same time

Most of the food is prepared a lot quicker and tastes better, it's very convenient to use.

This is my first air Fryer and I love it! The dual cooking feature is the main reason I purchased this product. I will definitely recommend this product to Friends and family.

I purchased this as part of the black friday deal. So far, I have made Fried Cod, French Fries, Chicken Tenders, and Mozzerella Sticks in here along with reheating some thanksgiving ham. I'm still learning all the temperature changes and stuff, but in order for the food to still be crispy you still need a spritz of oil otherwise the batter is dry. That's why I knocked off a star and also because the baskets seems little for such a big machine.

The first time I used it I was unaware that it needed to be ran first to get rid of the plastic fume smell, so my food was not good. After running 3 or 4 times the smell was gone and the food is absolutely amazing.

I've been using it nonstop and love it! It is definitely perfect for someone who wants to cook several things at once and has several people in the house to feed.
