So far, I like it. Just wish it wasn't so costly. I really need another one. Of course I have a warranty with mine. The trays are deep but not wide. We are a family of 5 so it takes a minute to fix it all. But really works great. Worth the mula. May purchase another one.

The baskets are a bit small but can cook a couple things at the same time and with the match cook feature they’re done at the same time. There is a bit of an odor when first used but it has gotten better with use.

This will be my best deal this year dollar for dollar. This will be my best time saver cooking in 2023, it cooks everything faster and better than my oven. My wife likes her stake well done, I like my steak medium rare, both steaks are done at the same time with dual zone. This machine makes me look good in the kitchen. I was up early and checked everywhere to claim it, there was only one left when I made it a pick up order online. Thanks "Best Buy" and it truly was.

Love this thing. Works well and stands up to many diswasher trips. And thats using Cascade Platinum. I would replace it if it fails. Best air fryer I've had and I have had several.

Tried with raw wings and frozen fries and chicken nuggets. Following directions in included booklet with some trial and error. Great results.

this airfry safe my life from kids complained!!! this product is perfect solution like when i cooked chicken and fried to my kids. i have no wasted the tine to cook each load of fried and nuggets. with the smart cook function, both done at the same time fresh and hot.

All around good. Kinda wish the trays could also be one big one when we make a lot of chicken but all around enjoying the food it makes

How could you go wrong with any Ninja products, right?? I absolutely love this machine. One of the main things I enjoy is the dual cooking. It makes it super efficient for cooking different foods but having them ready at the same time.

What more can we say than we love this thing. The build quality is superb. We did have an issue with on side not heating up, but Best Buy quickly got us a replacement. We use this thing all the time. Even bought a second one (single) for our other home.

This is a very a efficient product. I like the dual capabilities but if you want to cook something big it's no bueno.

Best kitchen appliance we have ever bought! Great for easily whipping up some lunch, or roasting for evening veggies. Dual baskets are maxing, as you can add a little unhealthy in one, healthy in another and BAM a normal dinner. Would recommend to everyone.

I love this new air fryer. Love the fact that you can have both baskets finish at the same time and don't have to cook things in a separate basket. Things don't get cold while you wait for the other items to cook.

This is the most amazing item I have purchased from Bestbuy. I’m alway on the move and to have something to cook my food while I’m doing other stuff it’s the best gift I could have gave my mom lol. Even though it’s hers I use it more than her lol.

It was the dual baskets that won men over. The thought of being able to make 2 items at one time..fries with my chicken wings. The recipe book that comes with the air fryer has some good ideas to get start with. The options are endless with Ninja Air Fryer.

The Nija airfryer works great! It is very convenient and reduces time with cooking various types of meals.

Love the dual compartments, next design should offer a way to lower the sides of the two trays to use them as one 8 quart basket
