I bought it long time ago and still working like a charm.

Not very pleased with purchase, product seems to be defective after a few uses the unit makes a rumbling noise as if it’s falling apart, just my luck after the return date. Very disappointed with this Best Buy purchase and this Ninja product.. A lot of money to waste on a defective product that lasted as long as the return date goes.

Huge fan of Ninja but this is not worth the money. It takes twice as long as any of my other ninja products had I known I wouldn't have purchased it

that purchase was frustrating. I made the online purchase, the estimated delivery time was 1 week, which is not good. on the day of delivery the app said they were preparing for the curbside, and we were waiting all day to pick it up, when at the end of the day the notification appeared that the product was delayed and without forecast. after another week of waiting we finally received the product and to our surprise with a broken basket. bad experience

The dual baskets were a great idea. It became one of our most used kitchen appliances. Then it died after about 18 months, which explains the low rating. I’m reluctant to replace it with another Ninja brand air fryer.

I though I would like this but I didn't. If you wanted to make fries that would be ok because you have to baskets this was not for me

The review is solely for their processing and shipping handling. Bought this over online for a friend as birthday gift. Two weeks past and item still hasn’t shipped. I had to contact them and they didn’t give me solid explanation of why they hasn’t shipped it yet. So they told me they’ll ship it right away and I’ll have it in couple of days. The item arrived and it wasn’t in a shipping box or anything. It came in its original box and box was severely broken. I just don’t understand how you ship electronics without proper packaging? No invoice etc. so disappointed!!!

So far this has been the best kitchen item I have owned. Considering that this unit wasn't very expensive either, that says a lot. It is large enough to cook full meals for my family of 4 very quickly. Other reviewers have noted a burning plastic smell from their units, but I haven't noticed any untoward smells (and we have been monitoring this due to some reviews). I haven't used it as a dehydrator yet but am excited to do so. Cleaning is super easy and operating the unit is simple; even a child could use it, but I wouldn't recommend that at all. Overall, this is proving to be an excellent purchase.

Way too big takes up a lot of space. Tried to air fry fries and they came out super dry also tried wings they tasted weird to me, returned.

Returned was not needed have other deep fryers and this I thought would be cool that I can fry two different things at the same time. the baskets were two small so not a fan.

Extremely bad, I thought it was going to be worth it but the item doesn’t heat up the food properly at all.

Fryer pans, the metal materials have corrosion already and only used twice in 30 days slready pans have corrosion under the non stick coating the metal is corroding
