I love the fact that you can do two different things at the same time, the size of each compartment is big enough, is very easy to use, definitely makes life easier!

5 months later and the taste of plastic it leaves in the food does not only ruin food but its also not healthy! the grills have some sort of rubber legs which is a terrible design.

The Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer is one of the best air fryers on the market, and it is in a rare category of having two baskets to air fry twice the amount of food or two foods at the same time. Well Ninja Foodi has resolved my air fryer issues with this device. If you are on the fence about purchasing an Air Fryer, this may be the one you may want to seriously consider purchasing. I’ve owned an Air Fryer made by another manufacture for over two years and have used it quite often. I like the advantage of less greasy, healthier meals, without much of a fuss. However, one of my complaints has been the way the food is prepared. Often times I’ve found myself trying to figure out a way that I can get all of my food prepared and hot, ready to eat at the same time but often find myself microwaving one course and air frying the other. This leaves me with one course, sometimes the main course, dry or worse, greasy or like rubber. Fortunately, the Ninja Food 2-Basket Air Fryer solved a cooking challenged I’ve had for a couple year. This Ninja Air Fryer affords me the opportunity to prepare a full meal that is hot and ready to eat at the same time. It utilizes Dual Zone cooking with allows 2 foods to cook at the same time. The food can be cooked together or at varying times but affords for you to load both your food items, set the desired cooking times and allows the Ninja Foodi Air Fryer to do all the work and ensures both food items are finished at the same time. I had my Ninja Food Air Fryer delivered to my home and I was more than excited to see how effective it would be and whether it would hold to its’ claims. Not only did it hold to its’ claims, it exceeded my expectations. It arrived well packaged and undamaged. There is no assemble required. You simple take it out of the box and plug it in. It fits nicely on my counter and doesn’t take up too much space, almost half the space my microwave takes up. It’s easy to use and comes with an easy to read owner’s guide and instructions, there is a cooking chart with recipes inside of the quick start guide. I was pleased to see that it came with a kickstarter pamphlet, that allows you to use it on the first day. My meal cam out perfect. My chicken was crispy, along with my French fries. It was easy to clean up as the baskets and the crisper plates are stick free. I washed them by hand easily, allowed them to air dry and put them back in place. So satisfying! I couldn’t be more pleased with my Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer. I’m sure I will get a lot of use from this for years to come. If I only used it to make a couple pounds of French fries a couple times a week, it would pay for itself, but I plan to use it for much more. Reheating leftovers using the Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer makes the food taste just as fresh as it did the first day, if not better. This is the Air Fryer made right and ready for complete family use, right out of the box.

Was not impressed with the way it cooked not at fast or as crisp as my emerald air fryer. Returned it

I purchased this air fryer for my wife. The first use was a disaster. She has already asked about sending it back. I have encourage her to try it again. Purchasers should be prepared for a learning experience.

Works well, but one side seems to work better than the other.

I am disappointed. After a few times use air fryer broke the house circuit breaker. I can use only one side at atime

After about 12-15 uses it started kicking our breakers off in our house for whatever reason. We can no longer use it so we are out the money we spent on it. It should be replaced because it is a hazard but we cannot afford it at this time.

The temperature of the dual baskets never seemed to be correct and my wife did not like it. So we decided to return for one with a large single basket like we previously had.

WOW!!! THIS THING IS AMAZING!! I had left over pizza, from pizza hut and wow wow! maid it taste like it just came from the oven. put some potato wedges and amazing! i love the 2 zones. i love how you pull out the tray to check up on the food and it stops and automatically goes back on as soon and you put it back! it has so many functions, cant wait to see what else this thing can make. it also looks very fancy, it also not that noisy like the other insignia that i bought. I hesitated to make certain food because i would have to get pots and pans out, or warm up the oven, but this this eliminates all that! and it super easy to clean!!

Not what expected, item was not as large as explained and too many parts to clean

I have not found anything I like about this machine. The double baskets seem to reduce how much you can cook vs. how much more you could cook. I hate leaving bad reviews. Everything has a quality that is redeemable, but I have not found this ones yet.

To be fair I have never owned an air fryer previously, or thought the idea of them were that great since frying anything in gallons of oil is never good for your health, although it tastes rather delicious. Air fryers have been all the rage in the past few years because they do away with the fatty oils, and use air to cook instead. Genius! This Ninja Airfryer is awesome. Straight out the box you just have to remove the cardboard pieces inside the tray's, plug it in, and your good to go. Easy instructions are provided. I will say, it is quite a large unit. I was not expecting it to be so big but because of the dual trays to cook/fry in, it needs some solid counter space. Make sure you don't put it right next to any open flames, or use it in any enclosed cabinets or anything like that, as it has vents all along the top that are needed to blow the hot air out of as it cooks. Each basket has a crisper tray pre-installed that is easy to remove if need be. The manual also references a cooling tray that is optional and may not be included with all models, and well, this is one of those models that does NOT come with it. Shouldn't be needed though. You can easily select between Air Fry, Roast, Dehydrate, Bake, Reheat, Air Broil. Each basket can be independently set by the user for temperature/time. But here's where the cool features come in. There's a button called "Match Cook", where you push this and just pick the temperate/time ONCE, and both baskets automatically start at the same temperature/time and finish together. Really cool if you either have alot of 1 item that takes up more than 1 basket, or if you happen to have 2 different things that just require same time/temperature. Also, there is another button called "smart cook" where you have to pick the temperate/time for each basket, and the ninja fryer will automatically sense when to cook things (turn on bin 1 now, but not bin 2 for another 10 minutes), and work on its own to cook everything so it finishes together. Really cool idea and works well. I have used this 3 times since I received it. First time just for some fries and chicken tenders, and I overcooked the fries. Once I got a hang for it though, it was easy and great. Just made some Coconut Shrimp, and Zucchini for a dinner and it came out amazing. Really great product that I would easily recommend.

Not a item for customers that have had any heart work. It seemed to have radiate some type of heat that bothered ppl in the area. It gave majority everyone a headache from being on and set as air fry.
