To be fair I have never owned an air fryer previously, or thought the idea of them were that great since frying anything in gallons of oil is never good for your health, although it tastes rather delicious. Air fryers have been all the rage in the past few years because they do away with the fatty oils, and use air to cook instead. Genius! This Ninja Airfryer is awesome. Straight out the box you just have to remove the cardboard pieces inside the tray's, plug it in, and your good to go. Easy instructions are provided. I will say, it is quite a large unit. I was not expecting it to be so big but because of the dual trays to cook/fry in, it needs some solid counter space. Make sure you don't put it right next to any open flames, or use it in any enclosed cabinets or anything like that, as it has vents all along the top that are needed to blow the hot air out of as it cooks. Each basket has a crisper tray pre-installed that is easy to remove if need be. The manual also references a cooling tray that is optional and may not be included with all models, and well, this is one of those models that does NOT come with it. Shouldn't be needed though. You can easily select between Air Fry, Roast, Dehydrate, Bake, Reheat, Air Broil. Each basket can be independently set by the user for temperature/time. But here's where the cool features come in. There's a button called "Match Cook", where you push this and just pick the temperate/time ONCE, and both baskets automatically start at the same temperature/time and finish together. Really cool if you either have alot of 1 item that takes up more than 1 basket, or if you happen to have 2 different things that just require same time/temperature. Also, there is another button called "smart cook" where you have to pick the temperate/time for each basket, and the ninja fryer will automatically sense when to cook things (turn on bin 1 now, but not bin 2 for another 10 minutes), and work on its own to cook everything so it finishes together. Really cool idea and works well. I have used this 3 times since I received it. First time just for some fries and chicken tenders, and I overcooked the fries. Once I got a hang for it though, it was easy and great. Just made some Coconut Shrimp, and Zucchini for a dinner and it came out amazing. Really great product that I would easily recommend.

Not a item for customers that have had any heart work. It seemed to have radiate some type of heat that bothered ppl in the area. It gave majority everyone a headache from being on and set as air fry.

Really thought it was going to be bigger but it’s just like 2 air fryers! Haven’t tried all the setting though yet. But I use it on the regular !

Had it for 3 months and now will not even turn on horrible!!!!!

I feel like its smaller than my original air fryer. If it was able to remove the middle to kake the shelf bigger than itd be a great buy!!

this air fryer is a bummer. Being 8 quarts you only have a 4-quart compartment on each side...way too small. We could fit more in our 5 quart air fryer. I am returning!!

II did not get my order because I couldn't wait anymore at the curbside pickup and I check my status which is showing that I pickup and I didn't but I will be back at the store 6:30pm this evening.

did not work as it should be described. i should not buy this since it was just waste of money

The product was delivered to the wrong address so I did not receive it when scheduled. I order another one and the performance for the price has been disappointing.

Brought it back! Baskets are way too small. Maybe good for a single person

I love the overall concept of the 2 drawer BUT I wish the drawer were bigger/wider

Returned the item handle broken out of the box. The Bella was a better buy.

Having owned a few air fryers over the years, this one is my favorite so far. I love the fact that it has two separate cooking areas. They are the perfect size to cook individual meals. Lately, due to covid, there have been plenty of times where I'd be cooking a piece of chicken for lunch and my daughter would want to cook something as well, but I was already half way through cooking mine. With this, that's no longer an issue. She can just go ahead and start her food. It's also very convenient if you wanted to cook some chicken tenders and also fries. Two separate sides, two separate cooking temps, two different times. Love it.

Not practical for large dinners ( 10 people + ) AT ALL!
