Awesome air fryer...dual cooking...i cook with this all the time...glad i made a decision to buy it

Best air fryer on the market hands down! I would tell everyone to buy it!

We i used first time smell like burning plastic,,i had my food a way,i give it a second try and did the same also when I received the box was beaten and fryer was used before ,,all way around i am not satisfied,,,

The Ninja Foodi 2 Basket Air Fryer is an extremely versatile appliance that is sure to bring a smile to virtually any home chef today. Before you snap one up, be sure to note the footprint is approximately 15" W X 14" D including the 2) handles. Yes, it takes up sizable real estate on your counter, but it is Oh, so worth it! Each basket is fully independent. My wife fried sausage in one & a pastry in the other. See photos of the delicious results, on our first time use! The coolest feature is how pressing the Sync button, the onboard computer starts the first basket immediately, determines the time required for the remaining basket & starts it so they finish at the same time! This lets you fry the main course & side dishes in a separate basket at different temperatures, knowing they will finish at the same time! Each basket will Air Fry, Dehydrate, Roast or Reheat independently of the other basket. Not only is each basket capable of performing either of these 4) techniques separately from the other basket, each has it's own heating element, fan & computer control. Clean-up is a breeze! The baskets are coated with a heavy duty non-stick surface over aluminum for effortless clean-up plus excellent thermal conductivity & durability. The crisper plates are dishwasher safe. There are no other parts to clean! CONCLUSION: If you are familiar with operating an Air Fryer, you will feel immediately at home. If this is your first Air Fryer, you avoid making the common mistake of buying one too small with this XL 8-quart Air Fryer. The quick start instructions are very helpful. It works, feels, sounds & the food smells just like our older single basket Air Fryer, with 2ce the convenience & with capacity large enough to do serious cooking! Smells like burning plastic every time we use it, after a month it developed a crack inside the left air fryer bracket. I called Best Buy and their online support handed it off to the Local Store - which just put me on hold. I like getting stuff from Best Buy because it is generally high quality, but this thing is changing my mind. Gonna look elsewhere next time.

Got this because the kids always want different types of chicken nuggets or fries with their nuggets. This air fryer allows for me to cook multiple types of food at different temperatures as well as different ways (air fryer/broil/bake/etc...). We have used this thing probably 5 out of the last 6 days in our house for either lunch or dinner or both. The baskets are both good size and they have removable Teflon coated trays that allow for oil/juices to drip below the food and not allow your food to soak it up. The baskets are good size and the unit itself is rather large also. This is our third air fryer and by far the largest but also the nicest looking one. One thing about it to be aware of is that it is loud and you can definitely hear the air flowing out the back of it as it is cooking. It isn't so loud that it will bother in a normal house but the first time I used it I was surprised how loud it was. Also I was surprised that the top of the unit does not get hot to the touch like my previous one which is nice if you place something plastic on top and forget to remove before turning it on. Overall we have been very happy with this unit, it has multiple cooking options, can cook different ways in each of the two baskets at different times/temps, and looks pretty nice in our kitchen.

One of the best investments I’ve made! I use this so much. Cleaning is kinda of hard but good product.

We love this air fryer! The size of the trays leave more to desire, but it makes up with features and numbers. It’s very easy to clean, we have cooked just about anything on and it leaves it moist inside and crisp outside. No more dried baked salmon! We cooked fish under 15 minutes, burgers in 22 minutes (I like them well done), chicken in 15 minutes... amazingly food is not dried up! It comes with easy to follow instructions and a few recipes to try. Aside from the size of the trays it’s the air fryer I have. Of course Ninja has excellent quality products.

Tomorrow marks 1 month since we’ve owned this bad boy - and I can easily say we have probably used it at least once every day, often times two or three. I’ve included a photo of the air fryer itself, as well as two photos of food we used the air fryer to cook. It works perfect every time and it’s beautiful. Also, notice in the first photo, I’m able to keep a thick plastic container on top of the fryer while in use and it is not compromised in anyway. That is something completely different than with our old toaster oven/air fryer combo. Only a few things that bother me. 1. If you are using both zones and find that you over estimated the cook time of one zone, there is no way to turn off that individual basket. Therefore the timer will just blink until you turn off the complete machine. 2. It’s quite loud. It’s a breezy/airy noise but still overpowers my small kitchen. 3. The baskets are extremely difficult to maneuver in a kitchen sink- a farmhouse sink probably would do a fine job but I struggle to do it without banging (and worrying I’ll scruff up the basket) all over my double sink. Overall though I love it. The little complaints are easily overlooked by the wonderful results and ease of using this air fryer. I’d easily recommend it to anyone!

This is my 3rd air fryer and I am an avid air fryer. My 1st air fryer was a basket air fryer which I had many complaints about (biggest complaint being that if you filled the basket even 1/4 of the way, only the top layer cooked). My 2nd air fryer was an oven style air fryer by InstaPot. I loved this air fryer. It had a ton of amazing features and a turning basket that did everything I ever asked of it and more. The downside was that it was impossible to clean after about a year or so, it was loud, and the heat from the back permanently stained/burned the wall behind it. I loved this thing so much that I bought a heat shield for the wall and would have happily dealt with the noise. The cleaning issue became a fire safety issue after about 4 years and finally it was time to say goodbye. For this purchase I searched based on features and ease of cleaning. I particularly wanted an air fryer that my teen (lazy) would be able to use and clean easily. So far this air fryer has exceeded my expectations. I bought silicone liners for the basket and have made a number of meals with the smart finish feature. I didn’t even know I needed this feature before I had this air fryer and it certainly does not disappoint! I won’t ever live without it again. This air fryer cooks faster, quieter, and with far less heat exhaust than my beloved InstaPot oven. It is also a relief how easy it is to clean. The one thing I haven’t done yet is fill the basket so I can’t say how evenly it cooks a loaded basket. But, I can easily say that if all my air fryers, this is easily my favorite. As obvious from above, I expect a lot from an air fryer, this met my expectations and gave me features I would never known I needed. So far I have cooked beautifully broiled chicken schwarma, veggies, hash browns, fries, taquitos, chicken tenders, and 5 spice Chinese chicken skewers. This puppy can give me juicy chicken with a crispy skin in a very short amount of time, yum!!!

Wasn't sure about this, but now really glad I got it. Love the dual zone baskets, love all the functions, being able to cook different foods without cross contaminating. Was hoping baskets were a little bigger, but they are quite deep and if you shake, it works out OK. I've used air fry, air broil, roast, all work well, especially for all my veggies...easy to use & clean, so much better than my Costco Gourmia which will be donated to Good Will. Got it on sale for $99, and now it's back up in price, so I'm happy about it! Would recommend!

I love that I can cook two foods at different temps/different times. This has been a major upgrade from my last air fryer, which had a single basket.

Can't say enough good things about this air fryer - can cook 2 different things at different temps/times at the same time! Can roast, broil & air fry with one unit. Easy to use, easy to clean and big enough to cook food for a family. Starting to use this more than my regular oven for easy meals for family dinners after a busy day at work!

I’ve had this air fryer for about a month and it is great! The individual baskets are a nice size and the ability to make 2 different dishes is definitely a plus! It’s not hard to clean out either. I was able to catch it on sale for half off and I’m so glad I did. Ninja always has quality appliances and this one can be added to the list

Having dual operation is great because I do not have to wait and I can control the temperature. I was making my kids chicken nuggets and fries at the same time which required different temperatures.

Best... 2 temperatures... 2 different....items cooking at same time... easiest cleanup ... great cooking.. great results.. a little bigger than round air fryers but double cooking area.. have been really satisfied and recommend this to anyone looking for a bigger dual heat with different modes... try it you’ll love it...

Super easy from box to cooking, we were up and running in a minute. I have many kitchen gadgets and am usually not impressed by them. This device is a cooking machine. Heating up leftovers, frying fries, onion rings, salmon have all be excellent. Tried some of the paired match cooking features but the problem with air fryers is there is no standard cooking method between products. Basket, heating elements and overall cooking design make for no universal conversion so you end up constantly checking to not burn. So even if I use these features I’m opening the basket every 5 minutes just check. Just go to your freezer and look at three or four bags of frozen they all have their own take on air fry, convection etc. I don’t fault this product because it actually helps solves this with its easy two basket operation and no gotchas when programming. IE you can add time mid cook, change temps during cooking, configure individual zones. It’s just well thought out. Easy as heck to clean. It does get loud as it’s a heating with a fan blowing air on it x2 and the exhaust vents on the back.

I bought this as a gift for a niece so don't have first hand experience with it. She absolutely loves it and uses it instead of a cook stove in her apartment. Her first use was quiche and it was a perfect success! The cleanup was a real breeze and she couldn't wait to use it again.
