    It is very efficient BUT it is not user friendly. It’s hard to imagine they had any product testers, it is impossible to know when it is pre heating, when you are able to change time or temp, the wheel is clumsy, overall just a pain. It does work very well from a performance standpoint but everything else is a fail.

    I love it. Only downside is there’s not a way to pull out the tray safely. You’ve got to use a spatula or oven mitt. Just would think for the price it would’ve had its own method.
