Cooks unevenly

Does not toast bread evenly. With 4 slices of bread, the 2 slices in rear start to burn at back edge before toast is done and bottoms aren't as cooked as the top side of the bread.

Aesthetically pleasing

I wish the model I bought had higher heat settings especially for the cost. I recently viewed that they came out with a new model that does go higher. I find it aesthetically pleasing but it was kind of pricey for the quality. I would recommend the newer model to people.
