Bummed Out

One of ours broke, rendering the whole thing another item for the landfill. God forbid it be designed so as to be repaired.

grease everywhere

It must sling the grease out of the meat, and send it into every nook and cranny! When it's stood up for non-use, the grease drips out of the vent holes at back/bottom, and onto my counter. Also every side of it is greasy from the vent holes. Even grease under the crumb tray, which I never removed. No idea how it got in there. When stood up, I opened the front "door", and there was grease dripping down the whole thing. Oh, and the fry basket is an absolute nightmare to clean. I had a Gourmia 4qt which was awesome, 2 swipes of the basket and it was clean. But I returned it because I had heard so much about this one, and it could do so much more! Wrong! Currently have it online to sell, cause I threw the box away. Just received it 9/27/22. Yesterday I went buy my Gourmia 4qt again.

We like it, but not recommend it

The digital screen makes it look fancy! What I don't like about it: Because it is very narrow, every time we cook something in it, it makes a lot of smoke because the oil from the food (chicken, pork,..) jumps up to the lamp/heater (the elements) which makes it hard to clean but also makes a lot of smoke! The dehydrator did not work well for me, but the rest of them work nicely.

Poor quality

I opened the box and followed instructions. Problem started right away when it was near impossible to slide crumb tray out. Then it was nearly impossible to get the wire tray back in. It would not slide back in to any slot but the highest one which cant be used in that position. I want to return this but its such a hassle that I dont know if it worth my time. I might try and call to see if theyll send new parts that fit better, but I called and the wait times were so long I hesitant to trust the quality of he support.
