This product stated to make a weird loud noise and to stop it required to be unplugged. The air frying capability did not meet expectations - it appears that it needed more power to actually reach crispy foods.

In upright position the crumb tray vibrates with slightest counter interaction (granite counter) There is a vibrating metal sound that sounds like something is loose when the fan is running. Very likely we received a defective unit. Returned it. Not getting another due to the crumb tray rattling in storage position.

It will get the job done. The problem is, if you have a regular Ninja foodie (with pressure cooker capabilities) it will be a bit hard to adjust. The settings are different and temperatures that you cook at are also different.

I think air fryers are more of a gimmick. Doesn’t do as well as my convection oven.

it is good for small meals, no space for a large tray.

I was really excited about purchasing this item due to the flip-away feature. It works fine as a toster oven but the air fryer is HORRIBLE!!!! Every time we would use the air fryer it would smoke and set off the smoke detector. We put our original air fryer back on the countertop and rarely use the Ninja Air Fry Oven. Waste of money!!!!

It works well, it's compact which is what I thought I wanted... but it's really too small on the inside. You can only basically air fry flat things.

Love the functions. Easy to use. Cooks great. The draw back is that the interior is not tall enough. Can’t cook anything over 3-4 inches tall.

I cooked bacon corn dogs and chicken nuggets and everything is great I am glad I have this oven.

I expected alot form this oven, fryer. It was going so far but then one of the heating tubes on top broke. The material is so fragile. I had to return

Hard to see controls. Need to bend down to see while cooking. Super good for Air Frying. Warmer works great. Tried all but bake.

Loved this fryer but in less then 6 months it just stop working. Error 2 is the message flashing

This works and its greet for some food but cornbread is so crumbly. It is also too small. I wish I had gotten something different.

I read all the fabulous reviews and was so excited to get this. Completely disappointed. The air fry basket isn't deep enough to put anything large in and it barely crisps anything up. It's awkward taking the trays out to switch them too. Works well as just a toaster oven. Wish I could return it.

First let me start by saying that I have returned this item. This is not my first air fryer. The first one was a rotisserie style that worked so well that my daughter-in law took it. So, being that this is a newer model, I had big expectations. First, it does not heat evenly, the center items will be hot and the end items warm. It is fairly easy to clean as it's like a laptop bag, things get lost in the bottom. The menu and controls will take some time to use, but that's not a con, a learning curve for sure.

I’m not sold on this yet. Yeah it does make potatoes and leftover pizza crispy, but I don’t know if it adds that much value over my regular oven.

Works great for an oven and toaster but using the air fryer smokes alot. Especially with fatty foods. You should have a well ventilated kitchen if you plan on frying.

I thought I would use this more than I do. Frying anything with fat or grease make a complete mess and if I don’t clean every crevice in this thing it smells bad. Really only good for French fries and we don’t eat those that often.

Good but hard to get used to. After the learning curve, the results are good.

I like it, cooks great however it’s very wide and doesn’t have a lot of depth to it!
