Meh. You can do better

It is so low, that you can’t see anything in it until your stooped down to look inside. The toasting rack doesn’t open with the oven, so then you get to stoop down to look inside to see if it is done. Lastly, the door didn’t stay down for us, resulting in a little Russian roulette when it came time to take the toast out. The door would randomly pop back up,

Glass Shatters During Normal Use!

Called Ninja several times and their customer service is absolutely terrible. We loved the unit but it is worthless at this point. Buy from manufacturers who support their products and customers.

It also trips the electricity, so that can’t be good. Unfortunately, I can’t return it anymore. If you’re looking for a good air fryer, DON’T buy this one.

Awkward

Even though it took them a week longer to deliver than promised, the return policy is only 2 weeks. I really wanted to like this. But the handle is on the left side which is extremely awkward and it slams shut when you're done. It sits very low to the counter so that you can't position a plate under the open door. The interior is very short. I would never recommend this to anyone

Cooks unevenly

Cooks faster in some places than others. Not too impressed with the air fryer, again cooks unevenly. The round one we had did better. Thought I could clear up counter space with this but is really just good for baking.
