Has been great so far. Yes it is less tall than previous toaster ovens I’ve owned, but clearly this is part of the design. Having your food closer to the cooking elements allows everything to cook faster and more evenly. Air fry works well. Great for pizza, chicken nuggets, veggies etc- but if you are someone who uses your toaster oven to cook an entire Thanksgiving turkey, this might not be the model for you.

We love the air fryer setting and the convenience of a two in one appliance in our smallish kitchen. Looks great and cleans well. Love the settings and dial.

We really like this new air fryer. Previously we had one that was round which had a rack for cooking a second tier of food. Unfortunately, that set up never really worked well and often times we would need to cook one item until it was finished, and then start a second item. The Ninja has plenty of space to place a variety of foods in there and cook them all at the same time. It's quite easy to remove an item that may be finished before something else that is also in there. It has become our all-in-one unit, replacing our toaster over as well. It is easy to clean, the flip feature has been a real space saver, and so far we truly enjoy using it. If I had one complaint, it would be the fact that the wire rack used for toasting requires some kind of pot holder to pull the rack forward if you need to access anything a bit further back on the rack.

So very, VERY well packaged and protected. It was like unwrapping a brand new sleek, shining sports car. Air fries frankfurters and sausages beautifully. Bakes pizza nicely. Better to use bake than air fry with pizza. Mostly used it for toasting bread and buns, and for preparing frozen snack foods, and it works like a charm for that sort of stuff. Only issue is it's easy to accidentally switch settings when pausing to check the done-ness of your meal and then restarting. Also it gets very HOT, and it's a little difficult removing the basket and tray at the same time, which is kind of unavoidable. So use caution.

This is a great concept with some limits on the design. The operation using the single rotating knob is clever, but the position of the time and temperature set buttons, which you depress and hold while turning the knob to set, is below the knob rather than above. This could cause issues for folks with large hands or coordination issues. The unit is quiet except when dehydrating, when the fan sounds like a minor hurricane and the unit is banished to another room! Everything we have cooked in this oven has come out very well - pizzas, fries, chicken pieces, samosas to name a few. The flip away storage is brilliant, but grease does get into the narrow gaps.

I love this air fryer. It is my favorite by far. The size is wonderful. I don’t need to use my big oven hardly at all. It does everything and is very easy to clean!!!!

Perfect appliance for all you need. Easy to use. The flip storage is beneficial for saving room wherever you place it. Best Buy had the best price for this item.

I needed something I could use bc I do not have an oven bc living in basement apartment with just a bar not a kitchen. I have used this almost everyday since I got it. Very easy to use and the fact that I can fold it up and have more counterspace is wonderful!!

This toaster/air fryer is the only thing i use anymore. It toasts perfectly. It air fries quickly. It bakes and roasts. I still need to try the dehydrator function though. It is a great space saver too and easy to clean. Hands down, the best kitchen appliance!

Once you learn how to use it, it is fantastic. I agree with others, it is very difficult to clean, but it makes great homemade pizza. Kids use it for French fries and frozen food. Well worth the price.

needed some counter top space. This is a low profile item that 'folds' up to the wall. Nice feature. And it was time for a new toaster oven (with all of the bells and whistles). Happy with the purchase.

The whole family loves it. Easy to use and much better than a microwave for many foods. We love how it can be used as a toaster / oven / and air fryer! Very convenient and no bigger on your countertop than a regular toaster oven.

We have used this air fryer/toaster/convection oven with great results and could not be happier. It fits nicely on our kitchen counter and we love the way it stands up when not in use, to free up more counter space. Food comes out great every time!

Amazing counter top toaster oven/air fryer. Got this as last years Xmas/ bday gift from my 17 year old who secretly saved up months of allowance. This item is extremely special to me. My husband and son went to multiple locations and checked out numerous toaster ovens as I was still using a 15 year old one that doesn’t toast right. It is a little bigger in size when laying on the counter. It would be nicer if the unit has a little more space in heighth. It toasts everything I put in there perfectly. Ie if u toast bread, it makes the bread nice and soft w a slightly crunch-ish surface. I air fried some mozerella sticks and it was so amazing and turned out way better than the oil fryer. I think the only reason why I might use my old fryer is for foods w wet batter. I don’t want to mess up this unit. It is so awesome

I love this Air fry toaster over. It is so easy to use , clean and store away after use. The food we cook in the air fryer is so tasty and tastes much ch better then in the traditional oven

I use this appliance the most out of anything in my kitchen. Leftovers game changer. I've fried, baked, and roasted in this thing. Everything is good! Preheats quickly, easy to clean, and folds away nicely!

Love that it has built in pre-heater, quick and seamless for a dinner made last minute. Love this purchase and have no regrets lol my husband uses it daily for breakfast, toasting his bagels to perfection.
