This Ninja product was a disappointment

I also took forever to cook things. My final straw was when it took 22 minuted to cook a few chicken nuggets. I returned it.

Rattles nonstop when it’s on. Buy a better product

It rattles nonstop when it’s on. Nothing I do fixes it. Not just a slight rattle but a loud rattling sound. I do NOT recommend this thing. After im finished with this review im bringing it back to Best Buy and getting a refund.

It burns everything around the edges on the air fryer basket, which fits In the top slot. The bottom slot fits the baking pan. Only slot it will fit in. And it burns the bottom of everything you put in there. I have been highly disappointed in this product!!!!!!

I can’t even return it. The oven casing is very light so you can easily bend it Not worth the money.

Not even close to what I expected

It heats very unevenly, air fryer mode is terrible and used basically like an expensive toaster now.

Screen-food tray is not as sturdy as it should be. It is hard to clean it and construction material is not strong enough.
