We never got to use this. We found some bad reviews mostly stating that the cleaning process was not user friendly.

It's a over sized toaster, you can't even cook a whole chicken in it ,I wish that I could return back to best buy for a full refund

When I got this, I was intending to replace using our big oven to keep the heat down during the hot summer months. We are now using this for so many things that I didn't even think about. The user interface is very intuitive, we were up and running without even taking the instructions out! I did open them later since I know Ninja includes some great recipes with their products. We have used it to cook toast, heat garlic bread, cook brown and serve rolls and several other things. We are constantly finding other things to use it with, saving our kitchen some of the heat from the large oven. It does have a fairly long cool down cycle after cooking, but is very quiet while cooking and cooling down. I like the light that comes on at 30 seconds automatically, so you can see what your food looks like as it finishes. The whole unit is designed to flip up to save some counter space, but we are using it so much that we have only taken advantage of this feature a couple of times. Looking forward to all the great things we will do with our new Air fryer. one of the next things will be a homemade pizza, they include a full recipe for that also! This is our third Ninja product and we haven't been disappointed with any of them. Great products, even if they are a little more expensive than some others. They are worth the little bit extra they might cost.

Didn’t like it because it wasn’t warm enough the food. Plus it’s too hot the sour side. You can feel the heat too.

I have to do trial and error to get the time / temp for the different foods Claims to be quicker but I can't see that.

I really thought this air fryer was going to be larger,it does have a lot of functions but I wanted more space

if you have a big kitchen is ok, the concept/desing itself is good, but I will look for the next generation ...

Broke the second day. Returned it to Best Buy. As usual their customer service was excellent.

Incredibly hard to clean after air-frying. Took it back.

The product is great but did not get delivered in time. No contact from best buy and employees had no idea where the package was or when it would be delivered. The answer I kept getting from best buy was " we don't know and just keep waiting." In this day and age, tracking and information should be better. Best buy can be better!!!

Died in only having it for 18 months, VERY HARD TO CLEAN, SMALL INSIDE

It didn't cook evenly and took almost double the time to cook. It's also frustrating to use.

It doesn’t cook good the pork chops were to dry and the chicken wasn’t cooked enough.

Returned. Not large enough to cook larger meals. Will only fit certain size cookware such as cookie sheets (as shown). Takes up quite a bit of space on counter too,

Food is too close to heating rods on top to be able to use basket. Very disappointed.

Difficult to use. overheating risk. material looks cheap quality. unlike other retailers, the return window is too short, so cannot return it anymore.

The slide in grill rack is hard to get in and out. Furthermore, after using this 4 or 5 times the higher model version went on sale for $50 cheaper. Really stings when you're stuck knowing you missed out on a better deal.
