Impressed overall, but too many steps sometimes.

Functionally, it works very well: we haven't had any issues in the 2.5 months of ownership and use. The flip feature is handy, but we've hardly used it; therefore, the lower profile of the unit isn't really an asset, and we probably would've been better served by a larger capacity model. Overall, a very good unit, but you should really evaluate whether you'll use the flip feature before sacrificing the extra capacity.
