This heats up real quick All you do is set the temperature and time push the button and it heats within 5 minutes compared to a regular oven that takes 15 or 20 minutes to heat up the temperature

My biggest peeve is cleaning these fryers/ovens. However, this one allows you to clean even the hardest to reach places, top to bottom. The fryer basket is a little annoying to clean (Need scrubbing brush) and black tray bends oddly when it is really hot but flattens back out once it has cooled.

Flip A Way Storage a plus

It roasts and does toast great. I don't have to heat up my cabin with my oven as this often cooks what doesn't go on the grill.

Works okay on a lot of things but is a little slow on some things like frozen fries. For those, it takes about the same amount of time as a regular oven, even on the air fryer setting. Note: it has a little fan that runs about 20 minutes after the oven shuts off to keep the internal circuit board cool. Be sure to leave it plugged in until the fan shuts off.
