Read the instructions before use. It has you run the toast cycle to burn off any excess from the factory. Other than that, great product. I use a couple times a week.

Loving this toaster oven! I’ve only had a chance to warm up leftovers and haven’t even dived in to all the other amazing functions, but the smart timer is really accurate and food comes out perfect! Also really excited that it folds up on my counter!!

This oven is the greatest! I am handicapped & can’t cook in my stove oven because I burn myself! I love the Ninja Foodi, it is everything it’s advertised to be. I hesitated a long time to actually order one & wish I had done it long before I did! It’s wonderful!

The air fryer is exactly as promised. It's a great product. My suggestion that the broiling or "roasting" tray be lined with parchment paper when cooking. It makes cleanup easy since the company recommends NOT using anything abrasive on that tray.

Great little toaster, air fryer, air roaster and convection oven. I have made things like frozen french fries and fish and reheating pizza or chicken everything so far has been quick and easy. Some have complained about clearance when using the air basket over the tray but there is no problem if you just turn the bottom rack over first. I am very happy with this product. You will be too.

I love this machine! There are a few things I would like to see change: -difficult to clean and repair -air-fry function does not give expected results Things I love: Small batches of anything. As a small family, this saves us, especially in the summer months. There is no need to heat up a large oven anymore. Absolutely a dream!

I’ve wanted this product for a while and found it here at a great price. Done of my Best Buy’s cone from Best Buy!

Saves time, energy and cooking oil. Overall a great product. Keep in mind that if you use the basket & grill rack, there's limited height available - no way to do a roast, maybe a 2" steak max. Otherwise really enjoying for a variety of dishes.

Love the different settings. Can use as a small oven/toaster as well as air fry. It’s not a true air fryer though. It’s a big large and awkward so I chose 4 stars.

Excellent... Combines the utility of a toaster, air fryer and conventional oven. The best part is the size makes it super fast and efficient while using it as an oven... Preheating is literally seconds and very even temperature.

Great multi-use product that takes up little counter space as it flips up. The only problem I have is the air frying dries food out and you can easily burn food if you follow the times in the guide. I also wish it came with more recipes but its a great replacement for my toaster oven. Looking forward to trying out dehydration of fruits and meats.

I bought this ninja toaster oven and we love it! It helps me a lot when cooking breakfast for my 4 kids. And it easily goes up for counter space!

I've only had it for 6 weeks but it's been a definite upgrade over the previous toaster oven & standard toaster that are both history. I love the multiple uses, and the flip option. The only question that remains is how long it's functional.

Love love love this Foodi item! Another great addition. Use this multiple times daily for bagels, english muffins, baked potatoes, french fries, corn nuggets, fried pickles, nachos, grilled cheese, hot ham and swiss, and many many other items. Fantastic find!

This is easy to clean. The preheat feature is very fast, so you better have your food ready to put in the oven. My frozen pizza pie baked perfectly. My fries fried perfectly. I haven't use all the selections yet. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Since I Purchased this, my daughter,who didn't come in the kitchen, this has been her go to for everything. It doesn't toast well unless you stop, turn slices over and restart. I haven't tried a lot but so far satisfied with the purchase

I returned the Instant Vortex due to several issue including loud fan, long warm up time, size, and no toast function. The Foodi has been fantastic on all cases and worth the extra cost. The air fry, bake, and toast all work flawlessly.

If I had the option to chose between this air fryer and almost any of my ex boyfriends, I’d go with this. It does everything you could ever want in the specific appliance segment. Also it dehydrates, so beef jerky.

I looked for a countertop air fryer, reviewed several, finally decided this would still allow me to keep more open counter space. If it continues to operate as it does it will be my favorite kitchen oven. Not sure why I waited to purchase.

Very excited about our purchase. Have been using it often. The size of the food tray is one of the best features. I feel like I need two trays though so I dont have to let the one tray cool to clean it in between cooking two types of foods for a meal.
