This is my fourth Ninja product as like all the others the quality is superb! Unlike some of their other products though, this thing is huge (for a blender), but the again for what it does, it needs to be. Another issue I have is it is not the easiest thing to clean. Unlike most blenders, the blades to not detach. However, to compensate for that, they have a pretty cool cleaning program where you add a small amount of dish soap, 3 cups of water, secure the top and then press the clean button. It does a pretty good job of cleaning, but if you make a thick soup, you may have to run it again as in my case. Now for the good stuff! I decided to make one of the included recipes, Tomato basil soup, first. I collected all the ingredients and followed the instructions to the letter. The first step was to sauté the olive oil, onion and salt in the blender. You just throw the ingredients in and press the “Sauté” button. It chopped and sautéed the onions while I watched. After 5 minutes of sautéing the onions, I added the remaining ingredients and pressed the “Smooth Soup” button. It mixed, blended and cooked for the next 30 minutes or so. When done, I had a delicious Tomato Basil Soup! Not only that, but I knew exactly what was in it, unlike store bought soup. Since we’re coming up on the colder months, I plan on making a lot of soups. With this it is just ingredients and one appliance. Another family favorite is next up; Alfredo Sauce. This comes with a recipe that I will try out since the included Tomato Basil R\recipe came out so good! Overall, if you like soups, sauces, smoothies, dips and any other thing you can make in a blender, this is the blender to buy. It’s most amazing characteristic is that it cooks while it blends. I highly recommend this!

The product have many functions that gives you option on how to make your food and drinks. I like the fact that you could cook certain vegetables with this product
