Great Oven
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This oven cooks food incredibly fast...including warm up! That is a saving of 20+ minutes of warm up and cooking in my regular oven! The air frying feature is amazing as well, nice and crispy with no oil. This is my second Ninja Toaster oven.

Close to perfect toaster oven
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been looking for the "perfect" toaster oven for some time, and so far, this one comes pretty close. It is powerful and super fast. You will probably want to start out by choosing lower times and doneness levels than you're used to and adjust from there. The "flip" function is pretty handy for clearing up counter space in a hurry, but if you use the toaster a lot, that means that the crumbs are all going to fall to the bottom, and some of the finer ones may make their way under the crumb tray and make clean up harder. Or, you can remove the crumb tray every time before you flip, but that becomes inconvenient at times. I have used the griddle tray a lot, it is fantastic for reheating leftover pizza and re-crisping the bottom crust. Again, you'll need to watch temp and time closely to make sure they don't get scorched. I have been pretty impessed that the griddle tray has maintained its non-stick properties very well, but I recommend washing it after nearly every use to keep it that way. I don't air fry much, but the few times I have tried, it has worked very well. You'll need some space in your cabinets to stash the three trays, as you'll be swapping them out pretty frequently. Overall very happy.

Could Replace Your Oven.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this machine.. It takes up a fair amount of counter space even when flipped up but the ability to throw a pizza in there or a pork roast with carrots and potatoes cannot be beat. Makes cooking just plain easier. The pan is easy to clean and if you're cooking certain other things, it have the wire rack. I haven't done cookies yet but they're on the list.

Truly the best!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is our 3rd or 4th air fryer / countertop oven and it is by far the absolute best one that we’ve ever used. Its super quiet when running and it doesnt “beep” in an annoying fashion like all of the other units we owned did in the past. Cooks perfectly and is super easy to clean. Highly recommended!

Good, could be better
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like all the features this has. My stove runs on propane and I felt like it was such a waste to heat up the oven to even do a frozen pizza. My son is able to do a frozen pizza in less time in this. The only reason I’m rating it 3 stars is because it is extremely difficult to clean the inside. Because this gets used a lot it starts to smoke because I’m not able to clean everything from prior cooking. It started to get worse after using the air fryer option. If I air fry chicken I have open windows or it will smoke really bad inside, so now I don’t. This was a main feature that I was looking for when I was shopping around .

Good performer with some flaws
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using the Ninja Foodi FT301 for the past month and I am generally happy with its results. However, I do have some complaints: A. The handle for opening the front door is oddly located on the side (left side). If the fingers of your left hand are sticky or greasy from handling the food that you're cooking, then you have to reach across and awkwardly open/close the door with your right hand. Also, once or twice when I was first getting used to the unit, by habit, I tried to closed the hot door by pushing it up with my fingers at the conventional top-center position. Yeow! This is probably part of the learning curve for all new users but I see this as a safety hazard for guests and especially guests that are children (since they have skin that is more sensitive to burns). Fortunately, I rarely have small children around so it is not a deal breaker for me. A handle mounted in the traditional center position would have been much more safe and practical. B. They cheaped out on the buttons. You have to use soooo many combinations of button presses and dial knob adjustments to get the unit to do what you want. For instance, to toast a pair of frozen waffles: 1. Press Power button to turn unit on. 2. Dial the knob until the "Toast" indicator lights up (the default setting for Toast is "4 Slices, 3 Shade"). 3. Press the "Time/Slices" button to adjust the number of slices. 4. Dial the knob to "2 Slices". 5. Press the "Temp/Shade" button if you want your waffles a bit more or a bit less toasty than default. 6. Dial the knob to the value of "Shade" desired (1-7). 7. Push the dial knob in to start toasting. If the waffles did not come out toasty enough for your liking, you'll have to go through steps 5-7 again. 8. Press the Power button to turn the unit off (optional because the unit will eventually power itself down after a certain amount of idle time). I wish that the unit had a full array of function buttons (Toast, Bake, Broil, etc.) similar to a microwave oven. This would have made it that much easier to use (especially for guests since the procedures are non-intuitive) but since additional buttons cost money (25 cents/button?) they elected not to do it. Of course, once you get used to it, operating the unit becomes second nature but it's more lengthy than it could be and as I said before, not user friendly to guests who don't want to spend time reading the manual or puzzling out the button and dial combinations. C. After the unit completes its function (toasting, baking, etc.), the display says "HOT" to warn that all surfaces are currently hot. That's a good safety feature. But also, the fan continues to run to actively cool the unit down. While running the fan does not eat as much power as running the heating elements, actively cooling the Ninja Foodi does use more power than the old passively cooled Black and Decker toaster oven that it replaced.

The Price and Performance Sweet Spot
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had multiple air fryers over the years and this one hits that sweet spot of price, performance and features. Cooks thoroughly and completely. The ability to flip up out of the way is a nice touch.

Nice!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We just received this for Christmas, so we are still learning. So far we have used it for mostly baking. It preheats almost instantly, so it saves a lot of time on that part alone! We have also air fried zucchini and potatoes (cut up for fries). Both turned out crisp and tasty. It is cleaner than using a deep fryer and I guess less oil consumed. (We tossed these in olive oil per the recipe we used).

Awesome little toaster oven/air fryer combo!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this thing! It's smartly designed and does a great job of toasting whatever I put in there. So far, we've used the toaster, air fryer, and oven and it's been solid at everything. Reheating french fries comes out awesome. Tried it for some regular toast, english muffins, tater tots, etc. and everything has been delicious. Highly recommend!

OMG Best Thing - You need the Ninja Air Fryer
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am really late to the game when it comes to air fryers. I could kick myself for having not done this sooner. Working from home I am able to have a healthy lunch with quick roasted veggies. Also have been anti Ninja products mainly due to the price. This was a great bargain and does all I could imagine. The test is chicken cutlets for me and they came out awesome. My husband agrees they were great.

Fantastic kitchen tool and nice looking too.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a fantastic toaster, air roaster, air fryer, oven. Especially love the stainless steel basket it comes with for air roasting vegetables or french fries. It is quite nice looking but the fold up feature is awesome, really conserves counter space and eliminates the cluttered counter look.
