So far so good. We had the previous model and really loved it so we decided to get this newer one. Some of the differences I have noticed so far is...the door feels much sturdier when opening and closing. The seer plate takes a while to heat up but it works fantastic at heating up refrigerated pizza. The elements seem more to cook more even so it toasted perfectly. Not many changes other than the racks,

Bigger than expected but works flawlessly. Can’t wait to use it more and more.

Bought this as a gift for someone. This has many uses.

My wife is very happy with it. The complaint, which is not really a complaint, is that it is hotter than she expected (relative to her other one) so chances are the old one does not get hot enough. I haven't used it yet but I have enjoyed some of the things she has heated in it. (Below asks for rating on value, that rating will be for Deal of the Day sale price)

I had this item for a while. Be careful with this bc just like there's an awakening about food ingredients and the shady ingredients. One should also be careful about what your food touches when cooking. First day I was smart enough to heat it up high to "Bake and break in" the interior and filiment. Wow after 5 min my house smelled weird. Like metal chemical smell. I had to open the window it was so gross. I had to do a couple rounds until it died down. I wouldn't recommend cooking food in it without wiping the inside and letting it bake for 5 min on high first. It's not natural. After a few days the smell went away. Upon later research I saw it has Zinc plated interior and some bad chemicals that are in nonstick cookware on the tray. I always used foil on the tray, never put food on it bare. After 9 months the motor seized and they sent me a free replacement, if you ask theyll even waive shipping cost. Cust service is great at ninja in my experience, only thing saving from a 1 star. When I hooked up the replacement it was the same hardcore off-gas chemical/metal smell. After that I decided it can't be good for you, this cheap constructed mystery metal compound contraption leeching sketchy molecules in your food, so I just threw it away. I got a Boss Air Fryer as replacement, it's top mounted over a natural all glass bowl, it makes cleaner tasting food too. For pizza I just use the big kitchen range oven. I highly advise not to use any non-stick cookwear.

Good choice for a toaster oven. Has good, audible speakers for when your food is done. Cooling fan stays on for a long while after cooking, which is decently quiet but still there. Toaster and bagel settings could probably be spread out more since level 2 or 3 is probably enough for most people, even though it goes up to level 7. I wish the trays would come out automatically when you open the door, but I can deal with it. The upright position is a bit too tall for the location we put it in, but still nice to have the option there. Good pizza cooker. Overall, good little oven.

This little oven is the real deal! My Cuisinart convection oven was on its last legs after a good number of years, and I couldn't put off replacing it any more because of the inconsistent job it was doing cooking food. This Ninja model caught my eye, and it was totally worth the purchase. Great little countertop oven to have in the kitchen. Highly recommend it!

Works well but sure gets hot enough on the outside case to burn yourself. I won’t use it when small children are here. And make sure nothing flammable is near. I wonder just how safeties.

I love this machine for its versatility, but it is a nightmare to clean. You have to get the sweet spot between when it’s still warm and the food/grease is still able to be wiped off, but it’s not too hot you’ll burn yourself. The air fryer function also isn’t great. It doesn’t get the food as crispy as other cheaper air fryers. It’s great on the toast and toast function though!

Everything I wanted in a toaster/air fryer. I pretty much use it all the time.

This thing is amazing. Cook quality is on point. You can dial this thing in to hit steak temps just the way you want it. You can also blacken your toast or lightly brown it. It’s been awesome!
