    Love it! It's easy to clean and operate. Most importantly, we purchased it after discovering that our current air fryer had a dangerous non-stick coating. We use the basket, and the rack, which I believe are free from a non-stick coating. The space-saving feature isn't a gimmick either. It's one of the best features.

    We use it for everything, the food comes out excellent. No complaints with the use itself. BUT, the griddle tray gets gross very fast. We’ve tried everything in our brains, and Reddit’s, to clean it safely. We also can’t find a replacement. Tin foil is an easy solution so if you can live with that, I’d say it’s still worth it.

    I was upgrading from a Farberware Air Fryer/toaster oven. Originally I was looking at the Ninja XL oven for its ability to cook a small turkey or two layers of food at the same time. However, the sale price and the flip design which gives me more usable counter space made the decision to purchase this unit easy.

    Follow the directions for the first burn off and do it outside because you do get an odor at first. So far have done two types of frozen pizza and toasted English muffins with cheese for egg muffins. Also baked muffins and they were perfect. Be sure to clean after cold and do not use any items that can scratch the nonstick pan.

    The space saver feature did work with our counter and cabinets but, measure a lot to be sure you can fit this. If it fits though, it will become a constant tool in your kitchen! From fries to pizza, whether fresh, frozen, or reheated, this machine nails it.

    I love this machine. I have barely used my regular oven since I got it. Store bought pizzas are WAY better than oven backed. Soft pretzels come out awesome. I cannot come up with a complaint yet, and I’ve tried! LOL!

    This works great! We went through 2 other toaster ovens that didn't work well. I paid a little more for this Ninja toaster. It is fantastic! It works great.
