So far so good - it's a little bigger than I thought and had to move it to another counter. Love the flip up to use the counter. easy to set up. Easy to use. the only drawback it the left side handle- that's awkward to use. guess I will have to get used to it. just wish it came in all black

Previously owned a toaster oven and also wanted an air fryer. This is both in one appliance. The flip up model saves valuable space on the counter and the varieties of cooking methods are abundant even though I haven't used most as of yet. Love the ones I have used, air fryer, toast, broil

Easy to use, large enough to cook a lot of food, best air fryer I've had

Very easy to use and folds up perfectly under our kitchen cabinets. We use this far more than the old air fryer that had to be taken out of the closet because of both convenience and it’s multiple functions.

Love the dual heat Ninja. The high temp is 500 degrees, but it is so hot at 350, I can heat pizza, sear potatoes at the lower temp. The pan cleans up like a dream. The toaster is great, too. Outside of the bread is brown, inside is soft and delicious. I like the flip up feature. Got a great sale price at Best Buy. I am still learning about and getting used to my new purchase.

I bought this to replace an original Flip from about 9 months ago. This model is quite a bit larger, the fan is quieter, and the sear plate is a nice upgrade. This model doesn't have the dehydrate or reheat settings like other stores, but I can live without those. The only thing I miss is the opening bottom to make cleaning the inside easier.

The perfect addition to our stove! We use this toaster oven daily to make toast, reheat leftovers, air fry, and bake almost everything. I love that this can fold up and give me more counter space. I got a special deal on this so it made it even a better purchase for me!

Love this oven! Easy to use and clean. Takes up little counter space. Note-I purchased this on a flash sale at an awesome price so value for the money is based on $150. I wish I would have purchased the oven with the dehydrator. Didn’t realize this one did not have that feature like others.

We are very happy with this purchase. We previously purchased a different brand with more tiers because we wanted a larger capacity. Although we were generally happy with the other unit, it took longer to cook food and gradually lost power over time. After about a year it needed to be replaced. This time we decided to go with the Ninja since we have had very good experience with some of their other products. This unit does not disappoint. Every function we have used (toaster, air fryer, pizza oven) has worked perfectly. Only time will tell how well it holds up but, if it is like our other Ninja products, it should last quite a while.

We bought these to replace the recalled Insignia air fryer, so we spent a bit more money to get this one and so far it has been great! From simple toast/waffles in the morning, to a full meal at night, this thing can do it all. And we REALLY like the Flip functionality to have more counter space, when needed.

I bought this unit to replace an old toaster oven that had been in service over a decade. The interior of the Ninja Toaster oven is a lot lower than the previous unit, but that has actually been a good thing. The food is closer to the heating elements and gives better browning. Combined with the convection cooking, I have ended up with food that is both cooked better and in a much shorter time. And the flip up capability has resulted in much more counter space available when the unit is not in use. The best use of the unit has been with frozen pizza. Using the sear plate and the Frozen Pizza setting, I am getting better pizza this way than I have in any other oven before. And even better, the pizza is cooking in only about 50-60% of the time time listed in the cooking directions, so I'm getting pizzas cooked much faster too! Overall, I would say this is a great unit and would highly recommend this to other. Bonus for those with birds (who are sensitive to Teflon non-stick coatings) - the non-stick coating in the unit is a ceramic coating that is PTFE/PFOA free, so it's safe for your pet birds!

This is a cool apliance. We had a small toaster oven that stopped working. This does so much more and can toast a lot more at once without takong up much more counter spave. The air fry feature works really well also.

Thing since sliced bread. This is my second dual heat oven and it’s the best thing since sliced bread. The heating plate cooks pizza like it was from a pizzeria. It is also easy to take care of and the flip up feature is very nice. I even told my sister in law about it and she went out and got one. There are two functions that this one doesn’t have which I don’t miss. It doesn’t have the reheat or dehydrate features but if you have other appliances from Ninja they have the dehydatre feature.

This is the only oven I use, it's perfect for one person. I really like the sear pan for baking frozen pizza, it makes the crust crispy and it cooks the pizza a bit faster than the huge regular oven. I use the air fry for potato wedges, they turn out great. It's also my toaster. I use it multiple times every day.

This is our family's new favorite appliance. Cannot say enough about the space saving feature, but the unit is amazing. The sear plate is awesome and we have used almost every function.

Love this item. Saves me counter space and I can now get rid of my toaster, my toaster oven, my air fryer and I never use my oven any more and rarely use my stove top. This ninja foodi does it all

I love this appliance! It air fries, toasts, bakes, makes crispy pizza, it takes up almost no space when we fold it up on our small counter top!

Works great and is easy to use. Cooks well and faster than I expected. The multi function is wonderful. Read the instructions on how to use it though. We tried to wing it and while things cooked we probably weren't maximizing our use of it. We got this as a multi function oven but also to replace our toaster. The toast part of it didn't work quite as well as we hoped. The bread dries out too much. We ended up getting a small toaster to accompany it and now use this more for the oven aspect. We use this many purposes but its definitely great for cooking up snall things at lunch time. Very happy with our purchase.
