Interior material questionable

It’s a disappointment

My cookies were all burnt on top in less than 5 minutes but raw inside and at the bottom with 300 degrees. I tried to bake bread with even lower temperature and the results are the same. I returned it after a few attempts in adjusting the temperatures but same results.

Super hot surface

The only reason for giving only 3 stars is due to the fact that the surface of the oven (all sides) gets extremely hot. I am surprise that nibody has reported getting burned by the hit surface. This i en replaced a cuisinart toaster oven and the cuisinart oven surface did not get this hot. This is an accident waiting to happen.

Came damaged

Doubt it will last a year

Crumbs accumulate on front window because some things you flip 1/2 way through, they get stuck in door crack. It claims it can "reduce cooking times" when in fact things tend to take longer causing it to be barely done on the inside but almost burnt on the outside.

Too large for my counter space.

I replaced with Insignia 10 qt. Digital Air Fryer oven which I love. I'm sure the Ninja-Foodi Convection Toaster Oven is a great product but it didn't meet my needs, otherwise I'm sure it is a 5 star product.
