Looking for a new air fryer as ours didn’t last long and wasn’t that great. The Ninja came highly recommended by a family member and it was at a great price at Best Buy. Has been a gem since we received it. Very strong and heats up quickly.

I like it but did not realise it was on convection mode all the time. I have to readjust my baking times and have scorched food at times. If you're not accustomed to using a convection oven then be prepared to not have the results you want. I liked my 9/1 better. Otherwise, it is a good product. The delivery man put my oven in the bushes, and in the mud.

Works well but you can't clean it so it becomes a useless fire hazard and Ninja does not stand behind its product and poor design. You can't scrub the drip pan, or use chemicals so it is not coming clean. You can't scrub the inside because you can't even get to it and you can't use chemicals and you have to be very careful not to damage the heating coils by trying to reach in and clean it.

I got this item for my grandson and he loves it -especially the space saving ability

Amazing product. The quality of the food is amazing. Cooks all the way through. Even cooks an entire chicken. Amazing for toasting garlic bread and rolls. Overall highly recommend this item.

As advertised. The question is " what can't you do with this ? " Like all NInja kitchen products, the more the more you use them, the more you appreciate them.

This is our second Ninja. The first one had intermittent loud fan noise when it was under warranty, and Ninja replaced it after a fairly simple customer service process. After a couple of months, the second one started developing the same issue - loud buzzing while it got going. Unfortunately, I didn't act fast enough and missed getting another replacement and the noise has been an issue the entire time I've owned it. There must be an issue with the fans going bad or being loosely attached so be warned and maybe consider the extended warranty. Other than that issue we love it and it's good for several uses.

The wife and I love this thing! It makes frozen pizza in almost half the normal time and it maks the most uniform toast we have ever seen. Great item would definitely recommend.

I have not yet tried all the functions (so many) but everything I have used works great. Heats up quickly and quietly.

I have not open the box on this one. But I am purchasing it because we liked our other one so well. If you like store-bought pizza which sadly we do it is heated up and ready to go before you can get the packaging off.

There's a looong learning curve to being comfortable using this product. I'm STILL not comfortable doing some things with it.

We love the way it does up our homemade pizza on Fridays and we were finding new ways to use it... when it started to short out after 2 months. Ninja customer support arranged to send a new one, but we are stuck paying $22+ and the cost of recycling the old oven. Not happy about paying more because of their quality control issues! Hoping the next one will last.

All of the complaints about smoking didn't read the manual which tells you what oils to use and not to use. After the baskets rusting on 2 Air Fryers I decided to upgrade and I am not disappointed. I don’t need my stove anymore lol

Absolutely love the Ninja - Foodi Convection Oven because of the convenience of having all of the functionality with the dual heath technology.

I made home made pizza in this and it came out perfect! Also some seared boneless thighs with veggies that came out great too!

Unit works well. Cooks faster then my toaster oven did. Wish it was 2 inches taller inside. Would be much more useful for cooking and better accesability of food. Door handle is weird. Keep reaching for normal placement and burning my hand. Overall I like the unit. Purchased on sale and would buy again.
