The Ninja Foodi FlexBasket Air Fryer with 7qt MegaZone is a fantastic countertop appliance that is versatile in what it can cook and how it can cook it. It is mostly black with silver highlights, and the dimensions are 18.5 inches by 11.75 inches by 11.25 inches. According to the package it weighs 17 lbs and that feels about right. It seems more compact than other air fryers I've owned but the 7 quart air fryer basket is as big as any I've had and is a convenient size. The cord is 32 inches long. Out of the box it came with the air fryer, the 7 qt cooking basket, 2 crisper plates, the cooking basket divider, and a collection of recipes and cooking charts which are quite accurate. There are six cooking functions: Air Fry, Bake, Dehydrate, Roast, Reheat, and Air Broil. Air Fry is the typical air frying function which I used with french fries. I wasn't experienced enough to try the Bake function for desserts, nor the Dehydrate function. I tried Roast with a 2 lb roast beef and it cooked perfectly with some small potatoes and small carrots, with room to spare. It was so juicy and delicious. I did use it for Reheat and I prefer it to my microwave whenever that is practical. The Air Broil function is amazing for melting cheese on baked potatoes or fries, or making crisp edges on hamburgers. The Megazone allows you to use the full 7 qt basket for cooking but you can add the divider to make 2 3.5 qt baskets. With the divider in, you can cook 2 different things on the same setting or on 2 different settings. There is a setting for Smart Finish that allows both smaller sections to finish cooking at the same time even when they are cooked on different settings with different temperatures and times. If you are looking to make an item particularly crispy, insert the crisper plates into the bottom of the basket. It lifts the food up and allows the heated air to circulate under and around to crisp the item evenly. The Ninja Foodi FlexBasket Air Fryer with 7qt MegaZone has cooked every item I have used it with to perfection. It worked with fries, it worked with a beef roast, it worked with cheeseburgers, it worked with baked potatoes, and it has worked with reheating leftovers without heating up the house or the uneven heating of a microwave. I've owned a few air fryers previously, but this unit is the best all-around package. I recommend for all kitchens.

The Ninja Foodi FlexBasket Air Fryer has become a staple in our kitchen. There is everything to love, and nothing to hate. I've owned and used several air fryers over the years, and this is hands down the best. Why? Well I'm glad you asked. Let's start with the outward appearance. Not many kitchen appliances "look good", but this is one of the exceptions. While it does have some size to it, the overall footprint appears much less. The rounded corners, and black and silver trim finish provide a higher end feel than most air fryers. A slightly squatted stance fits nicely under cabinets while still allowing full use of the basket. Speaking of baskets - the front pull dual baskets are amazing. First of all, you can cook two separate items in the split baskets, or remove the divider to make one "mega" basket for larger items. When cooking two separate items, you can do so at two separate temps and cook times. But if you're really looking for some magic, you can program each basket separately AND have them finish cooking at the SAME TIME! It takes all the guess work out, does the math, send the signals to the satellites, and... ok, you get the point. I love this feature and it works amazingly well. The baskets are about 3.5qts each which allows for a whopping 7qts without the divider. There are multiple programming options, including a duplicate setting where you can program the first side then duplicate that setting to the second side. This is very handy when you are cooking two different items that have the same cook settings. Food cooks evenly and quickly. There is a cooldown feature at the end of each cooking cycle, and food stays warm inside the fryer for quite some time. During cooking the noise level is certainly audible, but far less than all other air fryers I've used. Standing right next to it you can still have a conversation without needing to raise your voice. When cooking is complete there is an alarm to let you know. I have nothing but praise for this item. Just like pretty much all Ninja products, this Foodi Air Fryer is well made, works flawlessly, and looks great. I would absolutely recommend this item to anyone.

I was worried that the 7 Quart Mega Zone would still be too big for my tiny apartment. However, it is the perfect size. This size is hard to find, I am so lucky that BestBuy still carries it. Fast shipping with updates, I am super happy. The Airfryer works wonders and comes with tons of recipes.

So far loving this air fryer. That said you are probably wondering, then why a 4 star. The only thing I would have liked to have seen with this is maybe 3 baskets. 2 smaller baskets and then a big basket. I like air frying fries or tator tots and after they are done, I like to be able to dump them out onto my plate or bowl. This is not easy to do as this does not have baskets that can come out. So, we either have to try to tilt the whole unit, or now have to use a spatula or use tongs. That said, I still love using this. I love that it does have 2 zones on it, or you can also use it as 1 big zone. If you have a little bit to air fry, you can just use it on 1 side. If you have a lot, you can either use the whole thing and remove a divider piece or you can just use both sides and then set one side and then you can select to have the other side set the same settings. I also like that if you air fry 2 different things, you can set each side differently and if one side takes 12 minutes, and the other 9 minutes you then can set it to not start the 9 min one until the 12-minute side gets down to 9 min and then it will start it so both sides will get done at the same time. You do have to press the buttons. We have another air fryer and the buttons you barely press them. But this air fryer we had to press a bit more on the buttons. Overall, a nice air fryer to use and especially if you do like air frying a couple different things, or even things that are a bit longer like those burritos or hot dogs. If you don't mind the lack of having a basket then you would enjoy this air fryer.

So I’m a huge ninja fan. I pretty much have every gadget ever made by ninja and I would say that about 90% are of excellent quality and made to last. This one is definitely in that 90% category! First off the sheer look of this thing is very classy. It’s not an eyesore to just leave out on the counter with my other kitchen appliances. Sometimes the ninja products even though they work excellent they need to be put away after every use. This isn’t one of those items. Second the capacity of this thing is unreal. You could fit a turkey in this thing no problem there is a ton of room. It heats up very quickly probably my biggest complaint with items like this from ninja is the preheat time but this one is an exception to the rule. I literally can’t think of one negative thing to say about this airffry beast. I’ve owned a lot of them and this one is by far the best out of any I’ve owned. If you’re in the market for a new one or a first one then you really can’t lose with this. Ninja has done it again!

Love this air fryer -when middle piece os moved you get more room

Bought this so we didn’t need to heat a large oven for small dishes and it works great. I like the option to prepare two different dishes while using the divider. This air fryer has an intelligent setting that allows the dishes to finish at the same time. With the divider removed, I can cook larger portions. I watched some helpful YouTube videos for air fryer tips and tricks. This takes up some counter space so, that’s a consideration if you have a small kitchen

This air fryer is the best so far! The multi usage is such a convenience to prepare your dinner, snacks, with out the hassle of standing next to it. The timer is a nice big display right in front of the air fryer. Very easy to use and clean.

Love it, this is the best air fryer I have ever had. The divider and the dual zone cook times and temperatures are great for cooking a complete meal. Makes the best juicy, grilled chicken I have ever tasted.

The Ninja Foodi Dual Zone is great since you can do 2 different foods at the same time. I like using it.

Excellent product. I use it all the time. Each zone has its own temperature and time settings so you can cook 2 items at once or move the partition and cook 1 larger item and temperature and time exactly as needed. Well done Best Buy!

I love this airfryer. I love how you can take out the middle divider and use both trays as one big one. My kitchen gets really hot when i use my oven, and this air fryer has been a life savor. Trays are dishwasher safe also!
