Just a year after and have scratch at the bottom always use plastic tool and still not good

We have only used these a couple times but so far they are great. Quality is really good. Very heavy duty.

This is a quality set of non-stick pans. These have a nice weight to them. Not too heavy but heavy enough to be very sturdy. I believe these will last me for years to come. Being able to use metal utensils is what I love most about this set. My cast iron has gotten too heavy for me to use every day, but my other pans couldn't hold up to metal utensils without scratching the coating off. My problem is solved with these pans. No scratches in the week I've used them with a metal spatula, spoon, and tongs. There is a warning about not using metal forks, knives, or electric mixers. The handles on the pans and lids stay cool while cooking on the stovetop. Convenience is being able to cook on the stovetop and then finish up with the same pan in the oven. Clean up has been a breeze. I have not put them in the dishwasher though they are dishwasher safe because I've always hand-washed my pans. They take so little time to handwash and are quick to wipe dry I see no need to take up space in the dishwasher for them. It is recommended to, and I do, store them with a paper towel between the pans to keep them from scratching each other while stored and when taking them out to use. I can finally get rid of my heavy cast iron now that I have these. I love this set.

My only issue was some of the tops were missing so i had to return.

If I had to summarize these pans in one sentence: Like cast iron pans, but without the maintenance of cast iron. These pans are heavier than your average stainless steel or copper pots, but not quite as heavy as cast iron. But they are as durable, and if you ask me, even more non-stick than cast iron. But, like cast iron, they take a long time to warm up, and hold onto the heat after you take them off the heat source. So, cooking with these takes a little getting used to, and a little more caution the first few times as you get used to the time it takes to warm up and keeping the heat. My advice is if you think it's not getting hot, resist turning up the heat. But, as I tend to do, I didn't clean the pans right away after making dinner, and over a day later, they required very minimal scrubbing with a plain sponge to get anything stuck on, off. Then I just tossed them in the dishwasher and they came out sparkling clean. To me, having such low maintenance pans that will keep nonstick is invaluable in cookware. And this isn't gimmicky as-seen-on-tv garbage. The only odd thing, is they are very clear about not using cooking spray on these pans (and very sharp objects such as knives). So, that might be a habit you have to break; but just using plain olive oil or cooking oil is probably fine, if even necessary at all. Also, like some cheap supermarket brands, the bottom of these pans are not non-stick, so they won't slide around on your stovetop. Whatever pans you have, these are probably better.

I love this set. And I am impressed. I might be a bit biased because I love Ninja products, but only biased in that I expected this set to be really good. But still, I am impressed and I like it more than I thought I would. It is a really good set, in terms of number and what is included in the set. There is no need for me to repeat what is in the specs. The only thing that would make it better would be for it to include cooking utensils (haa haaa). Also, in terms of size, think of your typical set. It covers everything needed. I also like the color. Although it is a standard color, it works for me. I did some frying in the frying pans, some sauteeing in that sautee pan (I don't know if that is what you call it) and some cooking and boiling in the pots. Everything worked well. But this stood out for me because: 1) the non-stick characteristic is real. It does a great job. I even put cheese on my eggs when frying and the cheese always ends up in the pan, and it came up off the pan with zero effort. A napkin with zero effort clears the pan of anything; 2) piggybacking off of the non-stick/easy-wipe, it cleans super easy! BUT THE BEST THING OF ALL is 3) this thing cooks and fries so evenly. This was something I noticed right away and it is what I was most excited about. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, the fact that I can go from stove top to oven safely was great; I did this with steak. And it was on point. Overall, this is a great set and I highly recommend it. Thank you, Ninja. Peace.

Cooks great, conducts heat nicely. Steel handles don’t get hot on lids or pots.
