This is not what I thought it would be upon ordering. There is no way to attach the lid for travel. The unit itself and handles get very hot during cooking, so make sure you use hot pads when removing the lid.

Material quality is up to par. A little pricey but worth it

Good product when it works! It has issues I had one last a year until it started saying add pot when the pot was there already . Broke down and bought a new one after 2 uses same thing add pot and won’t turn on even though pot is there ! New one was Xmas gift so by the time I used it and it broke return window was over . I emailed the conpany and have still not heard back

Ok , so I got the bad one in the lot, worked good on Thanksgiving, but used it next time, and it kept telling me to "add pot" which was already in there . Than it beeped alot. So took it back got a new one, and this one works fine, so far.

Don't know about product but BestBuy costumer service is the worst. It is like talking to a wall. Purchased it was 2 hrs away was supposed to take 3 days now they say 2 weeks but nobody knows where it even is. UPS has only scanned 1 time in 11days and that was 5 days ago. Check this out I live in Georgia and the package was shipped from 2hrs. away in Georgia to but now it is in Kentucky and 2 weeks away.

How do you clean it its getting dark from the bottom can someone tell me i have it but thats my problem i try to clean it with water and soap and nothing i need help with that i have been searching and nothing and there is no information about it i didnt got instructions nothing

Used 3 times and it didnt work any of them. After 5 minutes of cooking it started flashing sayingg to add pot. The pot was in it with food. Terrible product.

Lots of ways to use one tool. Great multi-use tool for the kitchen.

We have used this a few times already and it is great. It is easier to clean. The pot holds more food and the heat is more balanced than our old crockpot.

Great cooker!! Works great. Sooo many features to choose from, which makes it a great kitchen item. Love a removable crock.

Support didn’t care and said it was designed this way. When you wash the lid (only washed by hand) soapy water gets trapped in the lid. I called Ninja and they said it’s normal, so no replacement. Therefore since I have only had it a week, I am returning it. Unacceptable to have this happen on an expensive device and for support to say this defect is normal/by design. Not sure who wants water sitting inside their lid causing mold or mildew.

I’ve had the smaller one for years. I use it all the time and when you came out with this one being biggerworks great for my family of 20. 10 of them being grandchildren. Very happy with all your products I’ve bought and I have a lot of them.

This cooker is the very best on the market. Made chuck roast yesterday was so tender didn't have to cut it broke up with the spoon that comes with it.

Dangerous product. Lid collects bacteria that could containminate food. Customer service doesn't care. Water gets trapped in the lid and you can’t get it out. Happens when i hand was the lid, so i can see soapy water trapped inside. Called customer service and they daid this is normal and by design. Terrible support for such an expensive product and a “well-known” brand.

I really like this appliance as it does replace a few things in my kitchen, and I am a minimalist. The only reason it didn’t receive five stars is because the sear feature doesn’t seem to get hot enough. Otherwise, i love it! It works great as a slow cooker, and I can’t wait to bake some bread in it!
