    I bought this immersion blender and came home and tried to use it to whisk egg whites and the whisk attachment fell apart sending sharp metal wires flying around as it spun. I called ninja service as I was sure this was covered under warranty but all they could do for me was sell me another whisk for $14.95 plus S&H. Beware, they do not stand behind their products. I will be returning this
