After the first use with the grill plate, the coating on the cooking pot began peeling in multiple spots — despite hand washing. Customer service initially said it wasn’t covered under warranty. They eventually made a one-time exception, but I still had to pay over $10 for shipping. Disappointing, especially since the coating is what makes the surface non-toxic.
This replaced a smaller Foodi grill I’d used for years. The coating feels much more fragile on this model, and it cooks unevenly — the center cooks slower, requiring me to rotate food. I never had that issue before.
I also received a mesh basket instead of the advertised crisper basket and never got a response when I asked Ninja to confirm the material. It doesn’t fit well, and I’m concerned it will scratch the cooking pot further.
I was confident in the product and threw away the box, so returning it isn’t an option.
I usually love Ninja products, but this experience fell short in both quality and customer service.

Easy to use and easy to clean. Cooks good too. Grilling meets my standards.

This is a great air fryer! I made steak within the first few weeks of using it. My only gripe with it is the cleanup. Maybe it’s me but I need to do a better job at cleaning or at least wish it was easier to clean up.

This is the best ninja foodie! I actually purchased this item twice since it was such a good buy when on sale ! Very satisfied, will definitely recommend !

Overall nice product, does the job and food comes out nicely. My only down side is , its hard to place the parchment paper so i end up using bake safe plates
