I love that it also functions as an air fryer. The temperature probe isn’t completely accurate so I recommend checking meat temperatures with your own thermometer. It does a really good job not smoking indoors. However, if you quickly clean the inside tray and then towel dry it before using, it can cause some smoking. Make sure the tray is completely dry before cooking on it again.
