Perfection. I have grilled sausage, steak, shrimp and chicken in this and they have turned out perfect each time thanks to the smart functions. I have also tested the air crisp function and it made perfect air fried potatoes. This is a must have for the kitchen!

Love it. Great to have year around. Large enough to accomodate 6 steaks, 8 burgers, multiple skewers. Overall, good investment.

I love this air fryer, its very quick, quiet and has so many functions. I originally got it because the one I had was very hard to keep clean, this one as with all the ninja products I own is very easy to remove parts and clean.

I bought this indoor grill on sale around Black Friday. I love that it also functions as an air fryer. The temperature probe isn’t completely accurate so I recommend checking meat temperatures with your own thermometer. It does a really good job not smoking indoors. However, if you quickly clean the inside tray and then towel dry it before using, it can cause some smoking. Make sure the tray is completely dry before cooking on it again.

This is an excellent grill and they had a good deal on them when I purchased it. Highly recommended!!

Used it 4 times now and it works wonderfully. Brats, burgers, steaks, and fries. All cooked perfectly. Easily handles 6 large burgers.

I’ve had it for a week now and I like it. Very easy to use. Still working on figuring out how to cook regular fries but over all I like it.

We use it for everything, grilling, roasting, Bakes great browies just lower heat.

The pictures and description for this product on Best Buy, as well as other retail sites including Ninja's own site, show this coming with the ceramic coated crisper basket. It does not come with that basket anymore and from looking at past reviews, it hasn't come with that basket for about a year. It comes with a cheap, hard to clean, wire basket. The box mine came in shows that wire basket but when you're ordering online you don't see the box until you have it in your hands. Honestly, I like the grill and I like the sale price I paid for it. If I was rating it just on the grill, I'd give it 4 stars. What sours me is having to pay more to get what I thought I was buying. That is the reason for the 1 star review.
