I use the smoothie setting almost everyday for lunch. I like mine thick, so I partially fill it with frozen fruit plus OJ and yogurt. Blend, then add more frozen fruit. I love all ninja products

I'll add: I would like the smoothie bowl cup but it's small, so the blade and twister take up the space you need to add the frozen food item(s). And then.. the food gets trapped behind the twisters. It's extra to get it removed, especially when making nut butter. And.. the base is loud! Wait...One positive: the extractor is Good.
