    It was really good at first, however over time it seemed like it lost some power as it started having a tough time blending my frozen fruit smoothies in particular the froze Açaí packets I use

    I'm absolutely loving my Ninja! My protein shakes that I make in the morning come out super smooth and creamy! Definitely crushes ice like a champ, which is exactly what I wanted!

    Awesome little blender so far. It makes short work of ice, that's for sure. We haven't used it for much more than drinks on New years. I can't wait to try it on fruits and other stuff.

    It doesn't always crush the bit of ice we put in with the fruits, and we have to sometimes "re-blend" the drink. (even though it states it crushes ice). It's also extremely loud. Otherwise it works ok.

    Horrible. I had it for approximately 32 days. Blade was defective within about 30 days. Thankfully, I had the extended warranty and was able to return the piece of junk. I bit into the tiny pieces of blades in my smoothie. Best Buy refunded the purchase price but REFUSED to refund the 15.99 extended warranty. They forced me to take a gift card for my refund forcing me to buy another product. Fortunately, the shards from the blades rested in my mouth and didnt break my teeth. As i bit down i discovered the shards. I must have swallowed pieces. Hopefully I am okay. Best Buy management seemed only concerned about their bottom line and not wanting to lose 15.99 plus tax and NOT the fact that I could have been injured. I feel that Best Buy owes me 15.99 plus tax in a refund for tge extended warranty otherwise I will shop elsewhere.
