    It does what it says but it doesn’t blend fruits with seeds well enough to get rid of the seedy texture in smoothie bowl. Other than this it’s pretty good. Definitely would recommend the vitamix though. But this is good for the price.

    After a year of use Like other reviews say, this is noisy!! Plus the lid/blade always smells bad. It is difficult to clean the gasket and threads. Resulting in residue staying in there

    Very disapppointed with the quality of this product and the short return window. I had had one of the larger Ninja units previously and loved it, but I didn't need all the features it provided. So this model seemed perfect from a feature standpoint. Unfortunately the build quality is poor. The blade unit does not nicely snap into the base unit, so it is difficult to know if it is engaged or not. The seal between the blade unit and cup itself is leaking right off the bat into the base causing quite a mess. When I finally decided that I was going to return this unit for a larger model the return window had already closed. I was surprised and disappointed that it was only a 14 day return window, leaving me with a pile of junk.
