I wanted to replace my Ninja smoothie maker. I loved it but after years it stopped working. They don't make that style anymore and this was the next comparable model. Started smoking second day of using it. It creates a mess. Doesn't matter if I use the cups that came with it or the ninja cups I have. Its difficult to get cups/blade in place. I have elbow problems and often have to ask my kids or husband to get it in place or remove. They struggle. I will be exchanging this item.

I ended up buying another blender same one as this and chose the overnight shipping and it just keeps on saying delayed be very helpful if y’all can help me on how to figure this problem out

I love Ninja products but this one I couldn't give a good review for. This was so so so loud that I had to return it. I have a Ninja blender and this item was a lot louder than that, it seriously sounds like a very loud power tool being used in the kitchen, it's loud enough to wake the dead.

When I discovered this model Ninja i couldn't wait to try it out! This one put my older Ninja to shame. No more pulp in my Ninja. My green juice/smoothie days are back. And I got it on a great sale!

Extremely loud does not adhere to counter , does not make smooth drinks

Over all I have to say I am in love with the brand it self. However I got to say the actual motor itself is extremely loud and I did read reviews before actually purchasing the product. But did not believe what other had to say. Sadly I was wrong it is VERY LOUD..

I've owned several Ninja blenders and my biggest complaint has always been their gigantic size. Granted, I never had a problem with their power/ability, but the motor base and large blender was just too big to keep on my counter top. With this new model, I can say that Ninja packed the same punch in a smaller base. But the catch is that you don't have a 64 ounce blender. If you have no need for a 64 ounce blender and mainly make soups/shakes/smoothies for you or one other person, this I can say is the better option, especially if countertop space is a premium. IN THE BOX You get the smaller base motor, two cups, one cup for making smoothies and drinking lids. EASE OF USE Set up is dead simple, as you’d expect. You plug in the power cord and voila. You screw in the blade base and one of the cups and you’re off running. There’s only a few select buttons, which I prefer over numbers 1-10. If you’re using a cup there’s extract and smoothie (I don’t find a difference) and for the smoothie bowl, there’s spread and bowl. For me, I didn’t find a difference between these two either. WHO THIS IS FOR As I mentioned earlier, my biggest knock against Ninja blenders has always been their size, typically their height. But that was for a blender for multi person use. This device is described as a single person blender. Meaning, it’s not going to make a large batch of whatever, but for one person in a blender cup. Depending on who you are making smoothies for and how many people, I would argue this model is the better version given it’s smaller size (unless you make a family’s worth of smoothies each day). For my wife and I, we each make our own smoothie cups and like having a small motor base on the counter. PERFORMANCE I think it’s important to tell others how I use items so you know where I’m coming from. Each and every morning I make smoothies, typically using a protein powder, fruits and veggies, both fresh and frozen. I found this Ninja model to make silky smooth smoothies each and every time. Honestly, I’m impressed. I load my cup up with my ingredients, put it in the base and click on smoothies. It takes about a minute. Despite the rubber feet, I found the motor to dance around my countertop. It’s never come close to falling off, but it was a little disconcerting at first when it started dancing. I make sure I put it far enough from the edge and haven’t had a problem. Like I said, I exclusively make smoothies for breakfast, but I did give the smoothie bowl a try and I was pleasantly surprised. Since I’ve never made a “smoothie bowl” before, I liked the recipe book (more like a few suggestions, but still, a nice addition). When using the smoothie bowl cup you simply turn the top of the lid (it has two paddles on the inside) while it blends to make sure things are blended. I had a perfect frozen berry concoction. It was similar to my smoothies, but with the addition of more frozen fruit it made a thicker smoothie that enabled me to eat with a spoon. I haven’t ventured out too far, but I like the possibilities and look forward to trying other recipes (such as nut butters). I also want to note that everything is dishwasher safe, and even if you prefer or need to clean it by hand, it’s no problem. I have any difficulties cleaning the cups and lids by hand. CONCLUSION All in all, this is a fantastic blender. But when shopping, make sure you know how you want to use it. Specifically, how many people you’ll be blending for. If you want a blender to make a large pitchers of margaritas for multiple people, look elsewhere. But if you are simply looking for a powerful, versatile blender to make individual servings of smoothies or butters or even healthy desserts, this is the one to get. The motor base is small and will not take up much room.

This Ninja Foodi Blender is amazing. It doesn't take up very much counter space, and its super simple to use. Making delicious smoothies is a breeze with this thing. I find the paddles to be very helpful to help mix up the ingredients so I'm not left with things stuck at the top that aren't blended. The blender is a bit loud, but its super powerful for its small size! The kids absolutely love using this thing, and it is really easy for them to operate. They love making all sorts of smoothie concoctions with this machine! Cleaning the cups are a cakewalk...either throw it in the dishwasher, or add a little drop of soap and some water, run it for a few seconds and then rinse it out and leave to dry. Trust me, you will not be disappointed by getting this superb little blender!

I buy this product working good for 3 weeks I am truck driver I am making my smoothie in my truck I don’t know what happen my blender jar is broken from top and it spell smoothie inside my truck. Not satisfied

Both large cups are cracking where they lock into the unit. BOTH. Of course it's after the 30 days you have to return or swap! The large cups won't lock into the base. I suggest you buy from a store that offers more than a 30 day return!!!!!
