Ninja hot and cold brew coffee maker I do recommend this product but be ready for the cleaning process complicating but it makes an amazing coffee

We are using this coffee machine since we bought it. Easy to operate and works as expected. Much better than the other machine that I had. Highly recommend.

We got this for our office and so far its been awsome. It does not take up alot of space simple to use and the tea maker is a huge plus!

We had the original Ninja Coffee Bar and loved it. Worked it to death making coffee for us, our guests, construction workers renovating our home.... When it finally gave up two years later, we knew what we wanted. Went with the new model with additional modes for cold brew and tea. We really love it. Just one thing, the water reservoir is taller than the previous unit and will not allow the water filter spout to just swing over it when filling. It also just look more polished sitting on the counter and exudes a look of quality. Love the new controls also. Buy it, you'll love it.

This coffee maker is amazing. The controls are incredibly simple and intuitive. It makes great coffee and the frothy is the best we have ever used.

Works great. Only strange thing is that when making cold brew tea and you select full or half carafe it doesnt give you close to that much

This coffee maker does it all. We are very happy with the quality of coffer that is brewed and the many different drinks we can make with the Ninja.

Great product and fast heating up system. The only issue is the size as it’s very big just to keep on my counter top. Very easy to clean as well.

I'm a big fan of cold brew coffee, but I hate having to make it hours ahead of the time that I actually drink it. When I found out about this Ninja coffee machine with 10-15 minute cold brew, I had to have it. And guess what? It tastes pretty great! I'm amazed at how good the cold brew is with such a short brew time. But like many others, my machine was leaking water. I discovered that water was leaking between the reservoir and the machine itself. I looked online for a solution, and found out that you can install a garden hose washer (5/8" size) onto the bottom of the reservoir to fix this issue. I bought a pack of ten washers from a local hardware store, installed one, and the issue was fixed. Pretty insane that Ninja hasn't fixed this problem at a manufacturing level, but at least it's a cheap fix.

Great not just for coffee but tea as well. You can brew fresh tea hot or cold. If yiu perfer cold coffee machine has a setttfor cold brew.

Work great and very easy to use. You can make all kinds of flavored coffees just buy all you need at cash and carry. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the fact that along with coffee, it has the separate tea basket, to keep the strong coffee flavor out of my tea! Use it daily!

A good drip coffee maker with all the options from the older pod coffee maker. No more coffee grains in the coffee when using a paper filter.

This is a great coffee maker. I upgraded from the standard Keurig which I mainly used with the reusable coffee ground pod as freshly ground coffee tastes far better than pods. I haven’t used every setting fully yet but each one so far has produced a better tasting coffee than I had previously. I love being able to make single cups as I will only use the carafe when we have family in town. I love the frother too. It is a tad on the pricier side so if you can get it on sale it is worth it :)

Love it!! This coffee maker has great options and practical too! Stays hot & has options for cold brew & tea. Product comes with two mesh filters ..no need to purchase paper filters & tea will always taste true & fresh since there’s a separate filter. Froth options are great. Everything is very convenient for a busy & organized lifestyle. Even bought a separate grinder for daily fresh grounds, loving mornings!

I have recommended this to everyone I know. It is great and easy to use. I like tea so the fact that it has a separate insert to use when making tea is great! Then your tea wont taste like coffee. The cold brew is our favorite as well. You can make a carafe in 10 minutes as opposed to the day it usually took in the fridge. Have not tried all the specialty drinks yet but love it so far!
