My husband loves having the option of making only one cup of coffee at a time. I love the tea options. This is a great machine.

We have purchased countless high end coffee makers n the last 6 years with each one a disappointment resulting in multiple pots of coffee and grounds overflowing and clogging or filter baskets breaking. This has been the BEST we have ever used and worth every penny. Not only is it solid and reliable, but it has the best tasting coffee if any from any brand we have tried, including kitchen aid and caphalon. Full strength and full flavor and even prevents drips on the burner

Easy to use and makes a great pot of coffee. I feel they could have filled the carafe higher on a full mode, but it’s still plenty.

We bought our original Ninja Coffee Maker in 2014-ish, and finally had to replace it in May of 2020. There was no hesitation in choosing another Ninja product after about 6 years of daily use. This offers a lot of features (many of which we really do not use) for an excellent price. We're not big tea drinkers, but the fact the unit comes with reusable filters for both coffee AND tea is a nice touch. We're not big on leaving things out on our counters, but definitely don't mind having this out every day. Highly recommend.

Love being able to cold brew and hot brew coffee and have used the tea brewing function more than i thought i would

If I could review less than one star I would. This purchase lasted roughly 9 months first attempt then 3 months the second attempt. Gets to a point of cleaning alert and even after MULTIPLE self cleaning attempts, the unit STILL doesn’t work properly. Thinking this may have been a fluke, I returned for a new unit. Unfortunately same results occurred - this time in even less time. Never reached a point of using the cold brew option, used tea option once during the first round of use. I am very much a Ninja product user person however this one was a HUGE failure. Which is quite disappointing to be honest. I loved the frothing option and used it often. Wish my experience with this item would have been different. Another item of note, a full pot goes very quickly which makes for another inconvenience as well. I host often and I was ALWAYS having to make at least 2 full pots for just a couple (maybe 3 people to be satisfied and receive a full cup of coffee.

From tea to coffee, this maker does it all. Easy to use and The coffee taste amazing. I'm absolutely in love whit this coffee maker.

Perfect machine, great and a great recommendation by the Best Buy sales team. Excellent for the price. We enjoy coffee and tea the way it is meant to be. It is really great that it can do both coffee and tea and hot and cold. The regular mode for coffee is good enough and the rich gives the extra boost you need. Gives you the perfect cup every time with no bitter taste at all. The specialty brews and the frother works great, but something that we don't use that often. I would recommend this.

Love the multiple features this coffee pot offers...hot and cold drinks, single cups to a full pot. The frother is an added bonus!

I use this every couple days to brew an amazing cold brew for my man to take to work. He no longer needs daily stops at Dunkin’ or Starbucks!! This has definitely saved money for us since we are coffee lovers. Easy to use, easy to clean, quick brew times, and I LOVE the small mixer it has attached for creams and milks! Overall amazing purchase and more than what I could hope for from any coffee maker.

I have loved using this coffee maker. My wife loves the frother on the side. It is easy to use and makes great coffee with minimal mess - easy cleanup. I even stopped using a paper filter, because the wire filter works just as well. The frother and baskets come out easily, and a quick rinse is all that is needed. Also, my taller coffee mug fits under the basket, so I don't have to make coffee in one mug and pour it into another like other coffee makers I have owned.

I like that it is both a tea and coffee maker. It has some quirks, and you really need to be careful when changing between tea and coffee, or you can end up with a very big mess on your hands. I wish that there was a storage location for the tea or coffee filters when not in use, as that is just one more thing on my counter or something else for my family to keep up with. That is the only reason why I cannot give it five stars, but so far I really do like this machine.

So far so good. I have only brewed regular coffee. Wish there was a temperature control. I like my coffee very hot. Can't wait to try other coffees Nd matchas.
