This ninja is fantastic!! Very versatile! No issues at all! Makes the best coffee and tea!

After over 5 years (used at least once/day, usually more), my last Ninja bar was leaking. I decided to upgrade since I was also making batches of cold brew. Hot coffee is excellent, still playing with amounts to get cold brew to my liking, but already better than a lot of cups I have had at coffee shops! The only negative is that it didn't come with a recipe book like my last one did.

Love using ground coffee instead of the pods. Really like that I can do coffee and tea without a lot of fuss.

Dead on arrival. I purchased this device since it was on sale and had all the features I was looking for. I chose to try to run water through for the very first time after unpackaging and removing all the packing materials. I filled up the water to max. I chose full Caraf. I clicked brew. The machine was not pumping any water. Then some smoke and burning smell started coming from the machine itself towards the top. I tried multiple different steps to brew. I tried multiple different brewing options, both in Tea and Coffee. I tried to run clean and it finally pumped water through machine. Still when trying to brew and searching online for multiple hours on what could cause this it told me to call the support line. Called the support line waited over 15 minutes for a rep. The rep could not provide any troubleshooting steps without being granted access to a camera. I will email you pictures or videos but I will not grant you access to a camera. I requested a manager or another rep and they were not available for another multiple hours later. I will be returning ASAP. Will not buy another Ninja product moving forward.

Bought it for the wife and she absolutely loves the cold brew feature.

The capabilities this coffee maker has is remarkable!. You can choose 2 different coffee cup sizes, 2 different levels for the carafe, half or full. You have 5 different coffee types to choose from. You have another basket (not sure if that is correct name) for tea and several choices to brew. I really like the coffee cup holder, reduces the splatter that traditional coffee makers usually make.

Easy to use and makes good tasting drinks! Definitely happy i purchased this! So much better than using pods.

After a lot of researching and waiting for a holiday price drop I finally made the purchase. I've had the machine for a couple of weeks now, and I've really enjoyed it. We've only brewed hot coffee so far and the Rich setting brews a great cup of coffee, but even the Classic setting yields a great tasting cup. The glass carafe model includes a warming plate, which I probably won't use often. I have no complaints thus far. Very happy with this purchase!

This is a pretty awesome coffee maker. I didnt even know what a frother was, now everyone in my house is frothing all over the place. Froth all day baby! Its pretty awesome that it comes with a separate tea filter also. The ninja smart scoop is sweet as well. Coffee just taste better out of this machine. Thanks best buy! Now can i please have a husky discount on a DJI drone? Ive been eyeballin those suckers.

Easy to use and intuitive controls. Gives tons of variety for coffee and teas.

I switched from a keurig to this machine and I’m glad I did. This coffee maker isn’t as fast at making a cup, but the quality of the coffee is superior. The cold brew setting is amazing and doesn’t melt/water down the coffee much at all. I have made iced tea as well and turns out great in the carafe. I did not care for the reusable wire mesh coffee filter as I thought it let too many grounds through, so I switched to the paper filters. It takes some trial and error with the settings to find the one you like. I wish the frother would also use steam.

I love this thing! Works great and has many options whether making coffee or tea. The schedule for brewing my morning coffee has never let me down either. My only concern is that there is still liquid in the brew basket when it is done brewing which is not a problem except for when removing to empty the basket. Sometimes some drips from the top when the brew basket is opened which I'm sure is from the steam, but still leaves a little in the basket as well. Great unit regardless, especially with the brother which is easy to remove and clean after each use. Highly recommend!

I love my coffee bar! Perfect replacement for Starbucks every day so a money saver for sure!
